Rabu, 13/01/22
1. Datang ke puskeswan, kondisi saat itu sepi dan hanya ada satu dokter laki-laki
2. Kemudian ditanya nama, alamat, umur kucing, keluhan. Keluhannya yaitu kucing suka menggaruk" daerah telinga dan didalam telinganya kotor terus meskipun sudah dibersihkan.
3. Dokter TIDAK MEMERIKSA LANGSUNG kucing saya, malah suruh saya unjuk sendiri bagian mana yang sekiranya "jamuran" lalu disuntik (saya disuruh bantu pegangin pula kucingnya), pas saya tanya soal telinga kotor dokter cuma jawab nanti akan mati sendiri setelah disuntik. Yasudah saya percaya saja.
4. Sehabis disuntik keadaan tidak membaik malah makin parah sampai pada kondisi kucing saya tidak mau makan. Lalu saya ingin periksakan kembali pada hari ini Rabu, 20/01/22. Qadarullah saat kesana dokter sedang keluar. Akhirnya saya memutuskan periksa ke dokter lain, dan setelah dicek ternyata BUKAN JAMUR MELAINKAN INFEKSI TELINGA, yang menyebabkan kucing saya tidak mau makan.
Dari pengalaman saya, saya merasa kecewa dengan dokter puskeswan ini. Sudah TIDAK MAU cek langsung kondisi kucing saya lalu memberikan tindakan yang tidak sesuai penyakitnya, selain itu dokternya pun kurang ramah. Yaa tolonglah diperbaiki lagi pelayanan nya.

Wednesday, 13/01/22
1. Coming to the puskeswan, the conditions were quiet and there was only one male doctor
2. Then asked the name, address, age of the cat, complaints. The complaint is that the cat likes to scratch the ear area and the inside of the ear is dirty even though it has been cleaned.
3. The doctor DID NOT EXAMINATE my cat, instead told me to show myself which part was "mildew" and then injected (I was told to help hold the cat too), when I asked about the dirty ears the doctor only said that it would die after the injection. Well, I just believe it.
4. After the injection, the condition did not improve, it got worse until my cat didn't want to eat. Then I want to check again today Wednesday, 20/01/22. Qadarullah when there the doctor was out. Finally, I decided to go to another doctor, and after checking it turned out it was NOT A MUNGE BUT AN EAR INFECTION, which caused my cat to not want to eat.
From my experience, I feel disappointed with this puskeswan doctor. I DON'T WANT to directly check my cat's condition and then give actions that are not in accordance with the disease, besides that the doctor is not friendly. Yes, please improve the service again.
