★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya strategis. Tempat menunggu nyaman karena disediakan banyak kursi. Tempatnya sangat bersih. Pelayanan sangat cepat dan tidak perlu mengantre krn petugasnya banyak.
The location is strategic. The waiting area is comfortable because there are lots of chairs. The place is very clean. The service is very fast and there is no need to queue because there are a lot of staff.

Price are relatively ok.
‼️Service: it depends on the situations. HIGHLY SUGGEST TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES from start-end of the process.
For doctor's consultation, I suggest call them to ask doctor's availability.
For swab antigen services, their process:
1. administration & payment (took a while, not so quick services)
2. Queue, wait untill the staff calls you to pick samples
3. Sampling, about 2-3 minutes, and they inform you the estimate time for the printed result.
4. Wait for the results.
usually it tooks about 20 minutes from sampling to get the printed result (the one who's in charge for sampling told you the estimate time after they took samples).
But today, since there was only one laboratorist, they gave us estimate 40-60 minutes after sampling to get the result. They did not inform us during administration.
So if you are in a hurry, better ask them before proceed the administration and payment.
They need us to show payment receipt to follow up the results. So I suggest you to be PROACTIVE and be PATIENCE.
