Very happy to have found a dentist which was easy to register with via WhatsApp. I'm always able to get an appointment very quickly. Very satisfied with the overall service. Fantastic and my teeth look great. Thanks FDC Dental Clinic.

The place is comfy and clean, the dentist is nice and descriptive on the first meeting (consulting about my future braces), thus I agree to put DP on sapphire braces.
But on the second meeting..hmm..how can I say? let's just say that the doctor's work doesn't really meet my expectation. I request to change doctor(before it went too far on my braces), but clinic won't allow that. Because the first doctor that you meet on the first meeting is gonna be your forever doctor.(it's not that you can choose the doctor on the first time, tho)
I don't want to continue, then I decided to cancel my plan to have braces there. And yes, I cannot have my DP money back. It's possible to change the doctor IF only i transfer to another store branch, and pay 'administration' fee for 500k (why would I do that). Glad that they allow me to use the money for other treatment (but still with the same doctor)
Well, it's really hard to find 'different' review on this dental clinic. Because we got discount 95k from 100k, so we only have to pay 5k on first visit administration fee when we reviewed on google. But here I'm just sharing my experience :)
