★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya kecewa dgn pelayanan Dr. Moh. Yusuf/dokter IGD di Rs Rawamangun..kami datang setelah mendapat petunjuk dari Puskesmas di Jl. Jeruk utk mendapatkan pelayanan rujukan BPJS. Tetapi penerimaan dr. Moh. Yusuf sangat mengecewakan, sibuk dengan bermain tab dan tdk serius menanggapi maksud kami, padahal kami serius utk mendapatkan surat rujukan/petunjuk agar orang tua kami bisa diberikan rujukan ke rumah sakit lain..dgn rasa kecewa kami tdk dilayani utk mendapatkan rujukan yang dimaksud, semestinya dr. Moh. Yusuf memberikan arahan yang baik, hrp diperhatikan bagi rmh sakit yg menerima pasien bpjs, utk tdk membeda-bedakan dgn pasien umum..kalau mmg dmkn, lebih baik tdk usah menerima pasien bpjs sekalian, drpd kami datang tp tdk dilayani dengan baik.tks
I am disappointed with Dr. Moh. Yusuf / IGD doctor at Rs Rawamangun ... we arrived after getting instructions from the Puskesmas on Jl. Orange to get BPJS referral services. But the acceptance of Dr. Moh. Yusuf is very disappointing, busy with playing tabs and not seriously responding to our intentions, even though we are serious about getting referral letters / instructions so that our parents can be referred to other hospitals ... with disappointment we are not served to get the referred referrals, we should dr. Moh. Yusuf gave a good direction, hrp pay attention to the hospital who received bpjs patients, to not discriminate with general patients ... if it was done, it would be better not to accept the patients as well, but we came but were not served well.
