★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sedikit kecewa dgn pelayanan DOKTER UMUM di klinik Citama Gaveri ini.. hari Senin tgl 22 November 2021 pagi jam 06.00 saya mengantar anak saya berobat. Awal daftar sudah dilakukan anamnesa oleh perawat. Kemudian perawat membawa selembar kertas resep masuk ke ruang dokter. Stelah beberapa saat menunggu tibalah anak saya diperiksa. Namun apa? Resep sudah dibuat dulu oleh dokter ybs. Mna ada ceritanya resep jadi dluan sebelum dokter anamnesa ke pasien?? Itu ilmu baru dari mana? Saya pakai umum lho, bkn bpjs. Mohon klarifikasinya segera.
I am a little disappointed with the GENERAL DOCTOR's service at the Citama Gaveri clinic.. Monday, November 22, 2021, at 06.00 am I took my child for treatment. At the beginning of the list, the anamnesis was done by the nurse. Then the nurse brought a sheet of prescription paper into the doctor's office. After a while waiting for my son to be checked. But what? The prescription has already been made by the doctor concerned. Is there a story about the prescription being made first before the doctor takes anamnesis to the patient?? Where is this new knowledge from? I use general you know, not bpjs. Please clarify immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini pada tanggal 25 november 2021 istri saya berobat dklinik citama gaveri jam 09.00 . Pelayanan cepat banget istri saya mau pingsan dibantu oleh suster dan dokter nya untuk membantu istri saya tidur ditempat tidur . Dan syukur alhamdulilah setelah diinfus 4 jam sudah enakan .jadi kami pulang kerumah . Penjelasan dari dokternya sangat jelas . Pelayanannya ramah . Alhamdulilah istri saya ditangani dengan baik dengan harga yang terjangkau.
Today on November 25, 2021, my wife went to the Citama gaveri clinic for treatment at 09.00. The service was very fast, my wife was about to faint, assisted by the nurse and her doctor to help my wife sleep in bed. And thank God, after being infused for 4 hours, it got better. So we went home. The explanation from the doctor was very clear. The service is friendly. Thank God my wife was handled well at an affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barusan cek gigi untuk anak dan saya dengan drg. Adita. Dokternya ramah, penjelasannya detail sehingga mudah dipahami. Sampai diajarkan cara sikat gigi yg benar. Recommended dokter giginya.
Just had a dental check-up for my son and I with drg. Adita. The doctor is friendly, the explanation is detailed so it's easy to understand. Until they are taught how to brush their teeth properly. Dentist recommended.
