Saya tanya kok jasa dokter umum bisa segitu
Kata si kasir udah paket sama obat kolesterol
Saya bilang obat kolesterol nya HET gak nyampe 25.000 tuh ada di strip obatnya
Dia bilang saya cuma ngikutin jumlah distruk biar sesuai..???????
apa krn gly derm yg anda kasih gratis itu sebagai sample

Semoga pelayanan kasir anda lebih transparan .dan usaha anda terhindar dari dosa karena ada yg tdk clear dalam bertransaksi ke konsumen
 Just yesterday I went to treatment there, paid 235 thousand for general practitioner services plus 18,000 drugs and 90 thousand labs
I asked how can a general practitioner service be that much
The cashier said that the package with cholesterol medication
I said the cholesterol drug HET didn't arrive at 25,000, it's on the medicine strip
He said I just followed the amount of distribution to make it match ... ???????
what because the gly derm that you gave for free was a sample
God knows, night I lazy to argue
Hopefully your cashier service will be more transparent. And your efforts will be protected from sins because there is something unclear in making transactions to consumers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nyah TIDAK BAIK. Dari staf kurang sigap terhadap pasien, orang tua saya berobat dari jam 16:45 sampai maghrib nunggu dokter nggak dateng-dateng. Setidaknya jika dokter memang tidak datang ada jadwalnya atau staf memberi tahu dari awal bahwa dokter tersebut tidak datang. Ini nggak ada pemberitahuan sama sekali.
The service is NOT GOOD. From the staff not being alert to the patients, my parents went for treatment from 16:45 until maghrib, waiting for the doctor not to come. At least if the doctor does not come there is a schedule or the staff informs from the beginning that the doctor did not come. This is no notification at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk , loket yg jaga di bpjs sangat amat tidak ramah Ibu saya bertanya baik2 tp di jawab judes . Mohon untuk profesionalitasnya , saya harap kedepannya ada perbaikan .
The service is bad, the counter guarding the bpjs is very, very unfriendly. My mother asked nicely but the answer was bitchy. Please for the professionalism, I hope there will be improvements in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ga layak sih dpt bintang..walaupun cuma 1.yg baik receptionis yg cowo saja.
Pernah jam 7 malam saya ambil nomor utk pengobatan anak menggunakan BPJS,diberikan nomor oleh receptionis cowo.dateng receptionis cewe,yg cowo diomelin dan disuruh matikan mesin pencetak nomor. Pelayan BPJS tutup jam 10 malam,perasaan masih 3 jam lagi.
Pengalaman lainnya..jam 12 malam saya datang dgn sakit kepala yg hebat..hebatnya saya ditolak dan dsuruh kembali lagi paginya kalau mau ttp pakai BPJS.akhirnya saya memutuskan membeli obat saja di apotik klinik ini..semua obat yg sy sebut,tdk tersedia jg.
Apotik nya hampir tiap transaksi malam tidak ada kembalian...suka lucu aja klo berobat disini..klinik besar to ga menyediakan uang kembalian..
Rencana mau pindah faskes bpjs sih..ke pelayanan yg lebih manusiawi

Once at 7 pm I took a number for the treatment of children using BPJS, was given a number by receptionist cowo.dateng receptionis girl, the guy was diomelin and told to turn off the number printing machine. BPJS waiter closes at 10 pm, feeling still in 3 hours.
Another experience ... 12 hours of the night I came with a terrible headache ... amazingly I was refused and sent back again the next morning if I want to stay using BPJS. Finally I decided to buy drugs at this pharmacy clinic ... all of the drugs I mentioned, were not available jg.
Pharmacy, almost every night there is no change ... just like it funny if you seek treatment here ... a big clinic to not provide change ..
The plan to move the health facilities ... to a more humane service

The service is still far from sufficient, asking for a covid certificate (because the antigen test is there) is not given..... it's a hassle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PELAYANAN PARAH! PERTAMA KALI DATANG SUDAH YAKIN GANTI FASKES BPJS. Bu dokter harus lebih iklas kalo melayani pasien terutama bayi, niat bekerja bu gak usah bentak2 pasien pelayanan umum harusnya tau etika sopan santun
SERIOUS SERVICE! THE FIRST TIME I COME ALREADY BELIEVE TO CHANGE BPJS Health Care Facilities. The doctor must be more sincere when serving patients, especially babies, the intention to work, ma'am, you don't have to yell, public service patients should know good manners
