Saya mau minta rujukan RS urgent di hari sabtu, 08 mei 21 jam 4 sore tapi klinik tutup. Padahal melihat jadwalnya kalau sabtu buka sampai jam 20:00. Huft

Sekarang suami saya ga pernah bsa berobat disini.karna jam tutup nya cuma smpe jam 3 sore.sdangkn suami kerja klo mau berobat sepulang kerja ga bakal bisa karna sudah tutup.dulu sih enak,smpai mlm jam 9..jd bsa sllu berobat disini.sekarang mah,geleng2 dah..jgn alasan lg pandemi trus,setau saya justru lg pandemi klo untuk klinik mah boleh buka smpai malam jg.kecewa sih.tlong donk jam operasional nya di ubah lg..sbnarnya klo untuk pelayanan nya sih enak ramah..cuma yaitu,waktu nya ga bgt.makasih?
Now my husband can never get treatment here. Because the closing time is only until 3 pm. Meanwhile, my husband works if he wants to get treatment after work, he won't be able to because it is closed. It used to be good, until late at 9 pm, so you can always get treatment here. Now, I'm shaking.. don't make excuses for a pandemic and then, as far as I know, it's actually a pandemic if the clinic can be open until late at night. I'm disappointed. Please change the operating hours again.. the truth is that the service is friendly. .only that is, the time is not great. thank you?

Menerima pasien BPJS, lokasi klinik ini di jalan raya mekarsari, kelurahan mekarsari, kecamatan cimanggis. Depok 16452. Kalau kita lihat di googlemaps lokasi ada dijalan raya bogor, dekat dengan pasar cisalak. Padahal kalau melihat foto yang di upload pada googlemaps sama dengan foto yang berlokasi di jalan raya mekarsari. Besebelahan dengan depot pengisian ulang air minum.

Next to the depot refilling drinking water.

Sekian kali berobat disini tapi CS selalu jutek, gak tau kenapa yah pdhl yg dtg kondisinya sakit smua lho tp dijutekin dan kadang ditegornya sampai semua pasien dengar.. Dan bukan hanya sekali, tapi bertahun2 kejadian sprti ini apalagi jam pagi.. Tempat duduk dikit, ruang tunggu kecil, yg datang selalu banyak, tapi gak boleh ditinggal2 katanya setelah daftar, lah kalau sudah ramai mau duduk dmn? Sdgkn saya bawa anak2 yg sdg sakit.. Coba mba CS yg diposisi pasien?? Meskipun pakai bpjs, rumah sakit selalu ramah lho., tapi di klinik faskes pertama kok pelayanan kurang banget.. Tolong menjadi pelajaran saja mba, orang yg dtg smua dlm keadaan sakit, punya sedikit belas kasih melayani pasien.. Terima kasih.

There are few seats, the waiting room is small, there are always a lot of people who come, but they can't be left behind after registering, where do you want to sit when it's already crowded? While I bring children who are sick.. Try the CS, who is in the patient's position?? Even though I use BPJS, the hospital is always friendly, you know., but at the first health facility clinic, how come the service is really lacking. Thank you.

Klinik ga bermutu! pelayanan super duper parah! Yang kedengeran cuma suara cekikikan dan ngobrol dari dalam ruang! SONGONG DAN PEMALAS SEMUA!! Saya sampai di tempat jam 11.30 dan minta rujukan ke RS. Tapi si songong di bagian pendaftaran, nyuruh saya balik lagi jam 13.00 karna katanya udah jam istirahat.. Saya tanya, emang jam istirahatnya jam berapa? Dia jawab, jam 12.00 trus ada pasien di dalam ruang dokter.. saya bilang, jelas" itu ruangan kosong ga ada pasien, cuma ada 1 ibu" itu juga lagi nunggu obat.. jangan cari alesan mbak! Saya tanya lagi, sekarang bisa liat jam berapa mbak? Jangan males kalo kerja! Enak banget nyuruh" orang bolak balik.. tinggal buka data, cari nama, copy paste, lu nyuruh gw buat balik jam 13.00? Dasar pemalas! Si mbak" songong langsung diam dan suruh saya tunggu.. sial banget emang kalo nemu karyawan yang ga makan bangku sekolah! Kalo saya ga kepaksa sama ini klinik, demi apapun ogah banget ke klinik ga bermutu ini!!!! Bukannya mendahulukan kepentingan pasien, tapi malah perut dia duluan.. udah resiko kerja kalo laper, ya sarapan dulu lah sebelum kerja, biar otaknya jalan!!
Poor quality clinic! super duper bad service! All that could be heard was the sound of giggling and chatting from inside the room! SONG AND ALL LAZY!! I arrived at the place at 11.30 and asked for a referral to the hospital. But the songong at the registration section told me to come back at 13.00 because he said it was break time.. I asked, what time is the break? He answered, at 12.00 then there was a patient in the doctor's room.. I said, obviously "it's an empty room, there are no patients, there is only 1 mother" that's also waiting for medicine.. don't look for excuses, sis! I ask again, can you see what time it is now? Don't be lazy at work! It's really nice to tell people to go back and forth... just open the data, look for the name, copy and paste, you tell me to come back at 13.00? You lazy! Si mbak" Songong immediately shut up and told me to wait.. it's really bad luck if you find an employee who doesn't eat school! If I don't force this clinic, for whatever reason, I really don't want to go to this poor quality clinic!!!! Instead of putting the patient's interests first, his stomach goes first.. it's already a risk of working if he's hungry, so have breakfast before work, let his brain run!!
