★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah mendapatkan kejadian tidak mengenakan, sudah telepon klinik katanya dokter stand by, faktanya saat datang ke klinik, tidak ada dokter.
Petugas baru datang setelah diketuk berkali-kali. Datang pun tidak ramah, hanya menunjukkan papan informasi bahwa dokter tidak ada tanpa membuka pintu kaca. Baru dibuka setelah ditegur dan dijelaskan bahwa sudah telepon. Mereka mengaku tidak menerima telepon.
Hati-hati saja nomor telepon yang tertera, entah benar atau tidak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pantes aja ternyata ratingnya memang jelek. Dr sombong dan angkuh. Lalu petugas yang lain lulusan kemarin semua, memberikan penjelasan terbata-bata dan gugup. Meragukan. Langsung gak jadi berobat.
EDIT: Hari ini saya sedang sakit dan sudah berobat ke tempat lain yang dr dan petugasnya lebih ramah TANPA minta surat keterangan dokter.
Kalau prosedurnya memang seperti itu. Kenapa pada bulan Agustus ada dr perempuan yang bilang bisa? Jadi memang ada oknum yang bisa kerjasama dengan pasien dan ada yang tidak? Jangan galau gini dong aturannya.
Dan terlepas dari itu perbaiki sikap dr yang praktek hari ini, andai saja anda lebih sopan saya akan segan dan akan lanjutkan untuk berobat karena memang sedang sakit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ halo, saya mau tanya apakah klinik ini menjual bebas surat kesehatan tanpa memeriksa pasiennya sama sekali ya? hari ini saya membawa tetangga untuk perpanjang sim di Polres Depok, yang membuat kaget adalah saya disuruh langsung turun ke bagian administrasi tanpa melewati ruang kesehatan, dan dikenakan biaya kesehatan tapi tidak diperiksa kesehatan dan diberikan blangko surat kesehatan kosong atas nama klinik Bentudis Wadil.
Bukankah ini kasus ilegal ya? Alamat kliniknya di Bogor tapi mengeluarkan surat kesehatannya di Polres Depok. Mohon di evaluasi lebih lanjut terkait oknum2 terkait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis banget pinggir jalan, parkiran luas, klinik nya nyaman juga. Pelayanan nya so far juga oke. Enaknya sebelah ada salon, abis berobat bisa sekalian perawatan buat ciwi2 hehehe
