★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Citama Citayam merupakan faskes 1 BPJS saya. Pelayanan keseluruhannya baik. Terutama pelayanan kebidanan, pengalaman saya yakni pelayanan dari bu bidan Wuri.
Dari awal saya periksa positif hamil hingga melahirkan ditangani beliau dgn sangat memuaskan. Baik dari pelayanan konsultasi 24jam via Whats App, juga pelayanan dan perhatian saat kontrol.
Rujukan ke dokter kandungan pun langsung beliau bantu dgn cepat saat kita membutuhkan.
Beliau bekerja dgn hati dan jiwa kemanusiaan yg sangat tinggi tanpa memandang golongan dan keuntungan.
Semoga Allah memberkahi Klinik Citama Citayam dan bu bidan Wuri??
 The Citama Citayam Clinic is my BPJS 1 health facility. Overall good service. Especially midwifery services, my experience is the service of the midwife Wuri.
From the beginning I tested positive for pregnancy until delivery, he handled it very satisfactorily. Both from 24-hour consultation services via Whats App, as well as service and attention during control.
Referrals to the obstetrician immediately he helped quickly when we needed.
He works with a very high human heart and soul regardless of class and profit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama saya hamil, saya priksa diklinik citama citayam,pelayanannya sangat baik, perawatnya semuanya ramah2.Apalagi bidan wuri,enak banget konsultasi sama bidan wuri, setiap keluhan didengar dan diberi solusi dgn baik.Saya pernah chat tengah malam, juga langsung ditanggapi,.
Bidan wuri orangnya sabar , memberi sugesti positif dan semangat untuk lahiran normal.
Alhamdulillah sekarang saya sudah melahirkan anak laki2 dgn bantuan bidan wuri dan suster2.

While I was pregnant, I checked at the Citama Citayam clinic, the service was very good, the nurses were all friendly. Especially the Wuri midwife, it was really nice to consult with the Wuri midwife, every complaint was heard and was given a good solution.
Wuri midwives are patient, give positive suggestions and enthusiasm for a normal delivery.
Alhamdulillah now I have given birth to a boy with the help of the Wuri Midwife and the Sisters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa minggu lalu saya bawa ayah saya berobat disini karena habis jatuh, ayah saya konsultasi kalau mau minta obat penenang bagaimana, malah direndahkan oleh dokternya. Saya sudah hapal pelayanan disini benar-benar kurang baik, hanya sekitar 10% tenaga kesehatan yang ramah, yang lainnya judes-judes, tidak asertif, dan tidak punya rasa empati.
Perawat di nurse stationnya juga selalu menjawab dengan ketus. Beberapa kali berobat tidak pernah melakukan pemeriksaan fisik, hanya ditanya-tanya saja, tidak responsif. Malah seringnya klien yang bawel menjelaskan keluhannya.
Sudah bertahun-tahun seperti ini apa tidak ada niat untuk diperbaiki manajemennya?
A few weeks ago I brought my father for treatment here because he had fallen, my father consulted if he wanted to ask for a sedative, instead the doctor was humiliated. I already know that the service here is really not good, only about 10% of the health workers are friendly, the others are bitchy, not assertive, and have no sense of empathy.
The nurse at the nurse's station also always answered curtly. Several times for treatment, he never did a physical examination, only asked questions, not responsive. In fact, often naughty clients explain their complaints.
It's been years like this, is there no intention to improve the management?
