★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bener2 kecewa di bahar medika 2, beda bgt di bahar medika 1 dan 3, saya pindah klinik karena biar emergency cepet. Saya udah mau mati ngerasain sakit lambung tp gak di panggil2 sama dokternya nunggu 3jam, Saya bayar loh walau pakai bpjs setiap bulannya saya pakai yg kelas 1. Tlg jangan begitu dong harus di utamakan jg. Kecuali saya bpjs gak bayar baru boleh semena2! Petugasnya juga jutek banget ampun deh. Sama org sakit jangan jahat2! Nanti situ yg kena sakit gimana!!! Yg ramah dong dengan sepenuh hati. Meriksa nya jg buru2 bgt. Kalah sama dokter 24 jam yg penuh sabar dan baik2?
 Really disappointed in Bahar Medika 2, it's very different in Bahar Medika 1 and 3, I moved clinics because I wanted to make an emergency quickly. I'm about to die from stomach pain but the doctor doesn't call me, I wait 3 hours, I pay, even though I use BPJS every month I use the 1st class. Please don't be like that, it should be prioritized too. Unless I don't pay BPJS, I can just be arbitrary! The staff is also very rude, sorry. Don't be mean to sick people! What's going to happen there who gets sick!!! Friendly dong with all my heart. Checking it out is too hasty. Lost to a 24-hour doctor who is patient and kind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas Administrasinya kurang gesit, pasien jadi lama menunggu.
Andai pasiennya diberikan penyuluhan mengenai penggunaan daftar online lewat Mobile JKN, mungkin petugasnya gak merengut mulu mukanya.
Sistem registrasi masih manual seperti catatan kredit panci di era 80an.
Dokternya sangat gesit, kurang dari 1 menit pemeriksaan sudah selesai, fotokopi KTP bukan lawannya dokter di Bahar Medika 2.
The administrative officer is not agile, the patient waits a long time.
If the patient was given counseling about using online registration via Mobile JKN, perhaps the staff would not frown.
The registration system is still manual like pot credit notes in the 80s.
The doctor is very agile, less than 1 minute the examination has been completed, a photocopy of the ID card is not the opposite of the doctor at Bahar Medika 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cuma geleng kepala sm klinik ini .. KECEWA dr dulu Pelayanan untuk ibu HAMIL gak berubah. JELAS BESAR di plang nya ada cek kehamilan BIDAN. seharusnya ada BIDAN disini ...!!!!! Bukan dioper ke klinik BM I yang pelayanan nya lebih parah dr BM II, dateng k BM II gak ada orang di tempat pendaftaran, harus clingak clinguk nyari k ruangan gak ada yg bs ditanya, daftar lama nunggu bidan lama gak stay di tempat harus ditlfn dulu. .. dr awal k sana tahun 2015 gak berubah sm s x, saya mau lahiran tp gak ada yg melek standby. BM II CORET tuh nama bidan di PLANG nya, kasian ibu hamil harus bolak balik. Malu sm Puskesmas... pake BPJS bukan berarti pelayanan gituuu, dikasih vit cuma 1. Klinik bernama tp pelayanan ibu hamil yg harusnya Prioritas malah disusahkan...
just shook my head at this clinic.. DISAPPOINTED from the past. The service for PREGNANT mothers has not changed. CLEARLY BIG on the signpost is a midwife's pregnancy check. there should be a midwife here...!!!!! Not being transferred to the BM I clinic, whose service is worse than BM II, coming to BM II, there is no one at the registration area, you have to look around and look for the room, there is no one to ask, the long list is waiting for the midwife, long time to not stay at the place, must be called first . .. from the beginning there in 2015 nothing changed from sm s x, I want to give birth but no one is standby literate. BM II CROSS out the name of the midwife on the PLANG, poor pregnant women have to go back and forth. Shame about the Puskesmas... using BPJS doesn't mean that kind of service, only 1 vit is given. The clinic is named but the service for pregnant women who should be priority is being made difficult...
