Though they lack pamphlets, brochures, to inform available procedures and prices, so you need to check with the front desk Everytime. And the toilet is on the second floor, which is a bit annoying. They provide a TV in waiting longue, but the reception is not that good so it's a bit pointless. Easily accessible entrance even for those using wheelchair.
