★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat amat kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan hari Kamis, 3 Juni 2021, jam 11.35. Dokter umum 1, sakit demam, batuk berdahak, flu, penglihatan berkunang-kunang dan badan pada sakit hanya dilakukan cek tensi dan cek termometer suhu jidat, Minta dibuatkan surat keterangan sakit tidak dibuatkan dengan alasan "saat ini kondisi dapat bekerja" padahal kondisi saya masih keliengan, batuk dan flu apa lagi tadi pagi tidak mampu untuk pergi bekerja dikarenakan lemas, mata berkunang-kunang dan flu mangkanya saya berobat, jika dengan kondisi saat ini sya tetap pergi bekerja akan ada resiko sya menyebarkan virus ke rekan kerja yang lainnya, apakah seorang dokter tersebut tidak berfikir sejauh itu atau saat menimba ilmu tidak fokus belajar atau kurang minum AQUA..?
Klo berobat umum kesini pasti selalu ada obat Lambung & vitamin C, padahal lambung g berasa apa2 dan tidak ada pengecekan lambung juga oleh dokter tersebut..?
Apakah karena saya menggunakan kartu KIS jadi pelayanan hanya sebatas itu..??
Mau ganti klinik saja jika pelayanan tidak diperbaiki..?
 Very very disappointed with the service on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at 11.35. General practitioner 1, has a fever, cough with phlegm, flu, dizzy vision and the body is sick, only blood pressure checks and forehead temperature thermometer checks, Ask for a sick certificate not to be made with the reason "currently conditions can work" even though my condition is still confusion, cough and flu, what's more, this morning I couldn't go to work because I was weak, my eyes were dizzy and I had the flu, so I took treatment, if with my current condition I still go to work there will be a risk of me spreading the virus to other co-workers, is someone the doctor didn't think that far or when he was studying he didn't focus on studying or didn't drink enough AQUA..?
If there is general treatment here, there will always be gastric medicine & vitamin C, even though the stomach doesn't feel anything and there is no stomach check either by the doctor..
Is it because I use a KIS card that the service is only limited to that..?
Just want to change the clinic if the service is not improved..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah bgt si sudah berkali kali berobat udh minum obat yg diresep.kan tpi badan masih lemas bgt bner2 lemas mlahan dikasih obat terus.minta rujukan untuk biar di infus di rs susah nya minta ampun padhlkn diri sendiri yg ngerasain badan lemas memang si tensi normal.tpi badan tetap lemas tpi dr.nya tdk.memahami ..parah apakah harus bner2 sakit parah dlu baru di rujuk untuk di rawat inap.di rs .kecewa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berobat beneran sakit di bilang ini mah normal. Minta surat dokter ga pernah dikasih, pdahal udah lemes banget. Malah dibilang 'masih kuat ini kan jalannya' emang kerja ga capek apa. Kondsi bner² ga fit ,sama skali ga dikasih surat sakit. Info ya saya bpjs diklinik ini sudah 4 tahun dan sya baru pakai di 2 tahun terakhir
Medication is really sick when you say this is normal. Asking for a doctor's letter was never given, even though it was very weak. In fact, it is said 'this is still strong, the way' is really not tired of working. The condition really doesn't fit, there's no sick letter at all. Info, yes, I have BPJS in this clinic for 4 years and I have only used it for the last 2 years

1.ngasih rujukan ke RS tp salah (harusnya dokter spesialis syaraf/tulang malah ke dokter penyakit dalam)
2. Tiap periksa di bilang "saya bingung mau kasih diagnosa apa"
Terus buat apa gelar dokter dia
3. Dia bilang harus olahraga ( jelas" Kaki sakit+bengkak di suruh lari)
Pokoknya sangat tidak rekomendasi dokter 1 ini
Minta tolong di evaluasi
Dr. Yudi irawanto is not recommended
1. gave a referral to the hospital but it was wrong (should have been a neurologist/bone specialist instead to an internal medicine doctor)
2. Every time I check it says "I'm confused about what diagnosis to give"
What do you do with your doctor's degree
3. He said he had to exercise (obviously "Pain hurts + swelling in order to run)
Anyway, I really don't recommend this 1 doctor
Ask for help in the evaluation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas pelayanan ramah, saya sakit mata jarak pandang kurang jelas, pagi dr kokit langsung di rujuk ke rs sari asih sangiang sore diperiksa ternyata harus pakai kacamata lalu dikasi resep kacamata ke optik joy sehari beress.
The service officer is friendly, I have eye pain, my vision is not clear, in the morning Dr. Kokit was immediately referred to the Sari Asih Sangiang Hospital. In the afternoon, he was checked, it turned out that he had to wear glasses and was given a prescription for optical joy.
