★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama not good banget,kontrol ke 2 sangat kecewa saya apalagi terutama untuk perawatnya,kurang ramah untuk resepsionisnya,tolong tingkatin lagi untuk keramahannyan untuk pasien,kepuasan pasien sangat di utamakan
The first impression was not really good, the second control was very disappointed, especially for the nurses, less friendly to the receptionist, please improve again for patient friendliness, patient satisfaction is prioritized

In my opinion, the service is satisfying, the officers consider it like family ... the patient is polite, the officers will be much more polite ... respect the medical team anywhere ... without them we would not be able to get first aid ...

Hmpir sejam nunggu diluar .. Pas ditanya baru dikasih & bilangnya nya udh dipanggil..pdhl diluar udh stay trus pengen tau hasilnya..
The antigen at this clinic was positive, they weren't told.. Even though from the start they were told to wait outside...
Waited for almost an hour outside.. When I was asked, I was given it & said it had been called.. Pdhl outside had stayed and wanted to know the result..

Klo ga bisa di bawa pulang hasilnya,seenggaknya kasih tau dong hasilnya ke pasien,jangan tau tau hasilnya positif tpi pasien ga liat bukti rapidny..
Buat masukan aja thx...
After the Rapid Antigen was over there.. the results were positive but they didn't give me the rapid results.. it's weird!!
If you can't take the results home, at least tell the patient the results, don't know if the results are positive but the patient doesn't see the rapid evidence..
Just input thx...
