★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan terlalu lambat. Nunggu untuk test antigen bisa 2 jam nunggu. Pdhl yg test ga terlalu bnyak 5 orng dan nunggu surat hasil keterangan positif atau negatif amat sangat sangattttttt lama...
Petugas dphl bnyka yg mondah madir santai. Coba deh di perbaiki management nya. Jngn cuma gede gedung tapi pelayanan burukkkkk.
Service is too slow. Waiting for the antigen test can be 2 hours waiting. Pdhl that not too many tests were 5 people and waiting for a letter of positive or negative results was very, very very, very long. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Many dphl officers who move around are relaxed. Try to improve the management. Don't just have a big building but bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minta surat keterangan berobat aja susah, padahal anak saya bener2 berobat, udah gitu gk update di riwayat berobat di aplikasi JKN, coba ngikutin yang lain dong, jadi walau kita gk di kasih surat keterangan berobat pasien, seengganya ada riwayat berobat ke klinik situ.
Asking for a medical certificate is difficult, even though my child is really getting treatment, it's already not updated in the medical history in the JKN application, try following the others, so even though we are not given a patient medical certificate, at least there is a history of going to the clinic there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawan bagian pendaftaran,di ganti aja, attitude gak cocok di tempat itu,sama mbknya yg bagian obat kurang ramah..
Employees at the registration section, just replaced, the attitude didn't fit in that place, the same lady who was in the medicine department was not friendly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak welcome banget klinik ini. apalagi bagian pendaftaran, harus pake nada tinggi keknya kalo terpaksa harus kemari lagi.. huft
This clinic is not very welcome. especially the registration section, you have to use a high tone if you have to come here again... huft

Dokter dan bidan banyak yg baru, agak mis tentang obat di apoteker nya sendiri yg bikin bahaya, untuk pelayanan dengan BPJS di lamain sekali, giliran sya coba pakai umum langsung masuk( mantul)., klinik 24 jam tp pas berobat jam 6 pagi di suruh menggunakan umum gk bisa BPJS ( wew).. Akhir nya pindah faskes adalah jalan terbaik.. KECEWA dengan klinik ini!!!
Very slow delivery... Many doctors and midwives are new, it's a bit wrong about the drugs at the pharmacist themselves which make it dangerous, for services with BPJS for a long time, it's my turn to try using the public and go straight in (bouncing)., 24 hour clinic but it's okay for treatment at 6 am told to use the public can't BPJS (wew).. In the end, moving to health facilities was the best way.. DISAPPOINTED with this clinic!!!

Tehadap balitapun tidak ada prioritas.
bahkan ada salah satu petugas kedokteran pada saat kami komplen secara langsung malah nantangin untung BPJS nya tidak kami tutup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik nya bersih. Berlaku BPJS Kes. Sayangnya adminya kurang friendly ?. Untuk dokternya oke punya. Sangat komunikatif dan ramah ?
Oh iya, disini menyediakan vaksin gratis ya, untuk Sin***c Dosis 6 thn sampe dewasa.
The clinic is clean. BPJS case applies. Unfortunately the admin is not friendly . For the doctor, it's okay. Very communicative and friendly ?
Oh yes, we provide free vaccines here, for Sin *** c Dosage 6 years to adults.
