★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa ya klo pakai bpjs itu dipersulit ya? tidak bisa pakai resep katanya hanya yg pakai kwitansi aja yg bisa sedangkan saya pakai bpjs tiap bulan bayar dan itupun kelas 1 gimana yg kelas 3 mohon penjelasannya kita tiap bulan bayar bpjs dan itupun tidak setiap bulan kita pakai untuk berobat, tapi kenapa pelayanan masih kurang bagus beda ama yg bayar sendiri? Itu baru resep gimana klo yg lain? Klo memang bpjs dipersulit kenapa tidak dihilangkan saja,percuma klo bayar toh klo berobat masih dipersulit!!!!

You can't use the prescription, he said, only the receipts can be used, whereas I use BPJs every month to pay and even then, class 1, how about class 3, please explain, we pay BPJS every month and even then, we don't use it every month for treatment, but why is the service still not good different from the one who paid for yourself? That's just the recipe what about the others? If BPJs is really being made difficult, why don't you just remove it, it's useless to pay anyway if it's still difficult to get treatment !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur saya kecewa degan pelayanan klinik ini (tertulis klinik 24 jam) tp jam 8 pagi baru buka, ditambah lagi dokternya datang jam 9, jika alasan covid okeh, krna dlu smua klinik hmpir seperti itu. Tp skrg smua klinik hmpir beroperasi normal. Bayangkan kami org yang sedang sakit dalam kondisi saat itu. Apalagi jika kondisi tengah malam mau berobat, klinik sudah tutup.
Honestly, I am disappointed with the service of this clinic (it says 24 hours clinic) but at 8 am it just opened, plus the doctor came at 9, if the reason for covid was okay, because in the past all clinics were almost like that. But now all clinics are almost operating normally. Imagine us people who are sick in that condition. Especially if the condition is midnight when you want treatment, the clinic is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam operasi buka jm8 ,, sedangkan pasien sudah menunggu lama dokternya baru datang jm9,,yg lebih parahnya lagi klo ada IGD,, suster nya cuma bilang dokter nya datang jm9,,mana ada IGD seperti itu,,trs jadwal antigen yg tidak jelas,, bikin emosi.
Hours of operation are open at 8 am, while the patient has been waiting for a long time for the doctor to arrive at jm9, what's even worse is when there is an emergency room, the nurse just said the doctor is coming at 9, where is there an emergency room like that, the schedule for the antigen is not clear, , get emotional.

The doctor came for a long time, not on time.. it's useless to have an ambulance too, you can't use it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sampai saat ini sih bagus, cuman kalau mau daftar gigi harus pas jam 06:00 biar kebagian no. Antrian lewat dikit sudah pas amsyong
The service so far has been good, but if you want to register your teeth, you have to be right at 6:00 am to get no. The queue passed a little bit was just right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ antigennya bagus bisa langsung masuk aplikasi peduli lindungi, kliniknya keren teknologinya majuu banget, antriannya digital, bisa daftar dari rumah dan bisa konsultasi online habis itu tinggal datang dan ambil obat deh diklinik. pokoknya berobat dipermudah disini ??
