★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali periksa di sini dan kecewa dengan pelayanannya. Petugas frontliner tidak ramah (bahkan terkesan menyebalkan) dan dokter sangat minim berbicara, terlihat buru-buru. Entah ada keperluan apa. Dua kali cek sebelumnya di bidan klinik dan malah dapat banyak penjelasan tanpa ditanya. Mau coba ke dokter untuk mendapat wawasan yang lebih baik perihal kehamilan, malah zonk. Apakah kami tidak berusaha bertanya? Sudah, dan dijawab singkat-singkat saja. Saya tidak tahu frontliner dan dokternya sedang ada masalah apa, tapi jika betul ada, saya rasa tidak profesional. Tapi jika memang pelayanannya selalu seperti itu, sangat disayangkan. Mereka akan kehilangan banyak pelanggan. Jangan jadikan kritik ini sebagai sebuah serangan, tapi sebagai evaluasi, bagaimana seharusnya menghadapi pelanggan. Klinik menjual jasa, jadi pelayanan perlu diutamakan. Anyway, terima kasih...
Just checked here for the first time and was disappointed with the service. The frontliner staff was not friendly (even seemed annoying) and the doctor spoke very little, looking in a hurry. I don't know what the need is. Checked twice before at the clinical midwife and even got a lot of explanations without being asked. Want to try to see a doctor to get a better insight about pregnancy, even zonk. Did we not try to ask? Yes, and answered briefly. I don't know what the frontliner and doctor are having a problem with, but if there is, I don't think it's professional. But if the service is always like that, it's a shame. They will lose a lot of customers. Don't use this criticism as an attack, but as an evaluation of how you should deal with customers. Clinics sell services, so service needs to be prioritized. Anyways, thanks...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memang dokternya terkesan diam.. jadi setelah beberapa x priksa disini baru tau ternyata kita harus aktif bertanya dan menceritakan keluhan apa yang dialami.. secara logika sih harusnya dokternya yang aktif serta menjelaskan tanpa kita tanya... apalagi kalau anak pertama pasti orang tuanya belum pengalaman.. terimakasih hanya sekedar masukan saja.. ???
Indeed, the doctor seems silent.. so after a few checks here, we only know that it turns out that we have to actively ask and tell what complaints we are experiencing.. Logically, the doctor should be active and explain without us asking... especially if the first child must have his parents not yet experience.. thanks just for input.. ???
