★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih, pelayanan baik sekali... Biaya pengobatan terjangkau, murah sekali dibandingkan dgn pelayanannya yg sangat baik dan ramah bersahaja serta didukung dgn tenaga medis yg kompeten/kapabel.
The place is clean, the service is very good... The cost of treatment is affordable, very cheap compared to the service which is very good and friendly, unpretentious and supported by competent/capable medical personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik jelek ,satu kali berobat gak kerasa apa apa ,pas kedua juga sama aja ,masuk kesana detak jantung gak d cek darah gak d cek heran saya itu klinik dokternya sekolah dmana
The clinic is ugly, it doesn't feel like one treatment, just the second time it's the same, I go there the heartbeat doesn't check the blood doesn't check, I'm surprised that the doctor's clinic where the school is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resepsionis, dokter dll semua ramah banget dan dokter juga ga buru2, mau menjelaskan detail dgn bahasa yg mudah dimengerti pasien, obat juga mantap kualitas nya, good job.... semoga selalu baik dalam pelayanan
Receptionists, doctors etc. are all very friendly and doctors are also not in a hurry, want to explain in detail in language that is easy for the patient to understand, the medicine is also of good quality, good job ... hopefully it will always be good in service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionis yang barunya jutek banget, tidak seperti sebelumnya... Sebelumnya ramah sekarang semenjak ganti orang min(-) bgt walau pake masker tetap terlihat mana yang jutek dan ramah.. Untuk pelayanan dokterny good
The new receptionist is really dirty, not like before... Previously friendly now since changing people min (-) even though wearing a mask it still looks which one is dirty and friendly... For the doctor's service, it's good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terimakasih utk dokter alpha yg sangat profesional dalam mengobati kami pasiennya. Sangat ramah, mau mendengarkan dan tidak buru2, sangat detail. Inilah salah satu alasan saya selalu kembali lagi ke klinik ini. Tapi Sepertinya lemarin saat saya berobat ada resepsionis baru yang kurang ramah. Baik dalam penuturan kata dan pemberian informasi. Suami saya harusnya mendaptkan surat dokter karna dokter nya sendiri yg info . Tapi si mbak ini ntah kenapa bilang tidak ada info dapat surat dokter. Saat diberi penjelasan pun seperti agak ngotot. Akhirnya saya memutuskan utk menanyakan kembali kepada dokter terkait surat sakit dan ternuata benar harusnya resepsionis memerikan kepda suami saya. Sampai harus bulak balil karna surat sakit. Mohon utk lebih di evaluasi kinerja mbaknya . Saya pasien lama di klinik alpha agak kurang nyaman atas pelayanan si mbak resepsionisnya . Dan menurut saya membuat performa klinik ini menurun
Thank you to the alpha doctor who is very professional in treating us patients. Very friendly, willing to listen and not in a hurry, very detailed. This is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this clinic. But it seems that the wardrobe when I was treated there was a new receptionist who was not friendly. Good in speaking and giving information. My husband should get a doctor's letter because the doctor himself gave the info. But for some reason this sis said there was no info on getting a doctor's letter. When given an explanation, it seems a bit insistent. Finally I decided to ask the doctor again regarding the sick letter and it turned out that the receptionist should have told my husband. Until you have to go back and forth because of a sick letter. Please evaluate your performance more. I am an old patient at the alpha clinic, a bit uncomfortable with the service of the receptionist. And in my opinion, this clinic's performance will decrease
