★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya baru pertama ketemu sama dokter umum yang, tidak mencerminkan seperti dokter bicara kepada keluarga pasien, dokter seperti itu tidak di rekomendasikan untuk melayani dan memeriksa warga/ masyarakat, itu kesan dan pengalaman saya baru pertama kali periksa di klinik ini, untuk petugas dan frontliner nya baik dan sopan,,,
This is the first time I have met a general practitioner who, it doesn't reflect like a doctor talking to a patient's family, a doctor like that is not recommended to serve and examine residents/communities, that's my impression and experience for the first time to check at this clinic, for the officers and frontliners nice and polite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik faskes pertama bpjs. Kalau lagi rame antre banget bahkan pagi udah dateng sampai dibilang sama mbak adminnya dateng lagi sore ya. Dokternya datengnya telat dan pasiennya udah penuh......??? buang-buang ongkos dong.
Tapi selebihnya dokternya baik-baik kok. Ada satu dokter yang bikin gue males ke sana dan selalu menghindari hari dimana dia praktek. Udah ah nggak usah sebut nama hehe.....
Desember 2019 pas gue ke sini, sekarang klinik ini ada peningkatan antrian pakai alat pemanggil ada layarnya dan kelihatan nomornya, pasien juga dikasih kartu antrean. Alhamdulillah patut kita apresiasi dengan kurang lebih memberi ulasan yang baik pada google.
The first health facility clinic is the health center. When it's a lot of queues, even in the morning, I arrive until I say the admin arrived again, afternoon. The doctor arrived late and the patient was full ... ??? waste of money.
But the rest of the doctor is fine. There is one doctor who makes me lazy to go there and always avoid the day where he practices. Already ah don't need to say the name hehe .....
December 2019 when I came here, the clinic now has an increase in the queue using a calling device with a screen and the number appears, the patient is also given a queue card. Alhamdulillah, we should appreciate more or less giving good reviews on Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk dokter yg wanita baik2 orangnya, termasuk dokter bunga, mau periksa pasien dari cek pernapasan dan cek radang. Kalau dokter laki2, payah. Terlalu galak dan cuma denger keluhan pasien, tanpa periksa, yg ada obatnya ngga manjur
For doctors who are good women, including flower doctors, want to check patients from respiratory checks and inflammation checks. If it's a male doctor, it sucks. Too fierce and only listen to patient complaints, without checking, the one with the medicine doesn't work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tmptnya bersih,rapi, nmr antrian pendaftaran sdh tdk manual..bagian admin ramah, tkng parkir pun ramah..hanya utk antrian ke dokter umum krg teratur krn dokter tdk didampingi suster utk membantu memanggil pasien...alangkah baiknya utk kedepannya setiap dokter memiliki suster pendamping , saya lht utk ke dokter gigi sdh ada suster pendamping..tolong utk ke dokter umum jg dibantu oleh suster spy sesama pasien tdk saling selak..sejauh ini hanya itu yg perlu diperbaiki, utk yg lainnya sdh oke..sukses trs klinik alifia,semoga bs lebih bermanfaat utk kesehatan masyarakat.
the place is clean, tidy, the registration queue number is not manual..the admin section is friendly, the parking attendants are friendly..only for the queue to the general practitioner because it is not regular because the doctor is not accompanied by a nurse to help call the patient...it would be nice in the future every doctor has accompanying nurse, I can see that there is an accompanying nurse to go to the dentist. Alifia, hopefully it can be more useful for public health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong kalau buat jadwal yg jelas. Sabtu saya tanya admin soal jam praktek bidan selama ramadhan dijawabnya bidan praktek sampai jam 11. Minggu saya datang pukul 10.15, bidan bilang sudah tutup pendaftaran sejak pukul 10 krna ruangan akan dipakai dokter kandungan. Lho...? Di pintu masuk jelas bhwa jam dokter kandungan pukul 12. Kenapa jam 10 sudah ditutup...?
Beberapa minggu sebelumnya saya daftar utk dokter kandungan, pas hari H nya dokter mendadak tdk datang alasannya sakit. Tp tidak ada pemberitahuan via SMS lah minimal. Jd buang2 waktu bolak balik ke klinik utk jadwal kontrol yg tdk jelas berubah2 semaunya.
Satu lagi, pelayanan dokter umum irzal itu sejak dulu tidak berubah. Sangat judes tdk ramah. Ganti saja dg dokter yg lain.
Please make a clear schedule. Saturday I asked the admin about the hours of practice for midwives during Ramadan, the answer was that the midwife was practicing until 11. On Sunday I came at 10.15, the midwife said that registration had closed since 10 o'clock because the room would be used by an obstetrician. Huh...? At the entrance it was clear that the obstetrician's hour was 12. Why is it closed at 10...?
A few weeks before I registered for a gynecologist, on the D day the doctor suddenly didn't come because he was sick. But there is no notification via SMS, at least. So it's a waste of time going back and forth to the clinic for a control schedule that is not clear, it changes at will.
One more thing, Irzal's general practitioner service has not changed since the first. Very bitchy unfriendly. Just change to another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang kesini kalau jam pagi dan habis maghrib pasti penuh dan ramai, sampai banyak yang ditolak termasuk saya juga pernah. Tadi saya datang (hari senin) jam 4 sore sudah kosong, tinggal ber 3 saja. Jadi rekomen buat yang ngga pengen antri dan ada waktu lebih datang sore aja sebelum maghrib. Btw ada Dokter laki-laki tua kalo periksa perempuan kudu dibuka bajunya, maksa lagi. Ngomong nya judes malesin heuu. Saya tanya kenapa harus dibuka, saya dipelototin. Sama dokter lain saya tidak pernah dibegituin, tidak harus buka-buka. Periksa pun kasar. Mohon bantuannya Klinik Alifia, dokternya diperbaiki sikapnya dan jangan memanfaatkan pasien. Dokter dan staff lain Alhamdulillah baik luar biasa dan ramah pula
Coming here when it's morning and after sunset, it's definitely full and crowded, so many are rejected, including myself. I came earlier (Monday) at 4 pm it was empty, there were only 3 left. So a recommendation for those who don't want to queue and have more time to come in the afternoon before sunset. Btw, there is an old male doctor, if you check a woman, you have to take off her clothes, forcing her again. Speaks bitchy lazy heuu. I asked why it had to be opened, I was glared at. I've never been cheated on by other doctors, I don't have to open it up. Check too rough. Please help Alifia Clinic, the doctor's attitude should be corrected and don't take advantage of the patient. Doctors and other staff Thank God they are amazing and friendly too
