β β β β β Bulan ini ngirimnya lama karena saya maklum aja soalnya orderanya pasti banyak banget gara-gara ada potongan voucher dari Shopee. Mungkin mereka ga sangka bakal membludak orderan. Tapi menurut saya customer servicenya hebat banget. Toll free dan selalu mengupdate saya di telp atau di WA. Packingnya juga rapih banget di kirim dalam box dan di dalem box itu obatnya di masukin di tas ransel kecil gitu dari Klik Apotek. Saya sih gak kapok pengiriman lama, soalnya kalo voucher itu udah ga ada lagi pasti pengiriman kembali normal.

Maybe they didn't think that there would be an explosion of orders. But I think the customer service is really great. Toll free and always update me on the phone or on WA. The packing is also very neat, sent in the box and inside the box the medicine is put in a small backpack, that's how from Klik Apotek. I don't give up on the old delivery, the problem is that if the voucher is no longer there, the shipment will return to normal.

lama banget menangani keluhan konsumen.
saya bayar tgl 20 juli sampai sekarang tgl 31 juli masi gak ada kejelasan barang akan dikirim atau tidak. harusnya ada tombol cancel biar barang yg gak ke handle bisa di cancel jangan gantung gini kan konsumen yg rugu udah bayar tp gak jelas kapan barang dikirim. menjengkelkan!! gak rekomended banget

β β β β β Buruk, katanya pesanan nunggu 5 hari kerja kalau tanpa resep, ini udah 1 minggu nggak sampai juga pesanan, apaan tagline beli obat tanpa antri dah mending ngantri kalau gini mah. Kalau belum siap buat online nggak usah jualan online buka aja apotek rumahan. (Akhirnya pesanan sampai ditangan saya itu juga saya harus nelpon 3x dan sedikit emosi)
Bad, he said the order was waiting for 5 working days without a prescription, it's been 1 week the order didn't arrive, what's the tagline for buying medicine without queuing, it's better to queue if like this, mah. If you are not ready to go online, you don't need to sell online, just open a home pharmacy. (Finally the order arrived in my hand, I had to call 3x and got a little emotional)

β β β β β Udah sering pakai klikapotek selalu ok..untuk seorang pekerja kayak saya yg kadang suka ijin kantor buat ke dokter, sangat terbantu bgt karena terima obatnya cepet kok dibanding harus jauh2 & antri di apotek..CS nya helpfull.. Packagingnya lucu bgt...

Already using klikapotek, it's always ok ... for a worker like me who sometimes likes office permission to see a doctor, it really helps because I receive the medicine so quickly compared to having to go far and queuing at the pharmacy ... CS is helpfull .. The packaging is really cute ...

β β β β β order pertama kali diantar di hari yang sama. Order ke 2 kali sudah 8 hari belum dikirim juga barangnya. Alasannya pre-order diproses dalam 5 hari. Ok. hari ke 6 chat ke CS nya dibilang akan diteruskan ke bagian terkait dan saya akan dicall tp nyatanya tidak. hari ke 8 saya chat lagi dibilangnya akan diteruskan ke bagian terkait, trus saya tanya lagi masalahnya dimana tp dijawabin overload pengiriman. ga lama saya langsung call ke cs nya dibilangnya akan diteruskan ke bagian terkait. ini cs pada ga sinkron jawabannya cuma kasih jawaban penggembira aja untuk customer. bagaimana ini solusinya pesanan saya. mengecewakan. kalo ga pake point Go-pointnya Gojek juga ga mau order disini.

This CS is out of sync, the answer is just giving cheerful answers to the customer. how is the solution to my order. disappointing. If you don't use the Go-point, Gojek doesn't want to order here either.
