Overall I am satisfied using this travel service. The admin response is fast and polite as well as the driver is professional and courteous. The pickup was on time too. Hopefully more successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan pakai travel ini jika anda orang yg butuh kepastian dan ketepatan waktu.
Saya pesan jam 10 pagi. Dijemput jam 12.15 siang.
Saya menunggu 2 jam 15 menit hanya karena gara-gara 2 penumpang lainnya yg molor 2 jam. Driver tidak menerima komplain dengan alasan kalau komplain jgn ke dia tapi ke kantor. Saya sudah komplain berkali-kali ke kantornya namun balasannya hanya satu intinya 'tunggu saja ya pak'.
Tidak ada kompensasi apapun dari pihak kktrans ke saya atas kerugian waktu yg saya alami.
Saya naik travel krn saya butuh cepat dan praktis. Ini malah bikin lama dan kesal. Tau begini lebih baik naik bus.
Last word, I will never ever use this travel again.
Do not use this travel if you are someone who needs certainty and punctuality.
I ordered at 10 a.m. Picked up at 12:15 noon.
I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes just because of 2 other passengers who delayed 2 hours. Drivers don't accept complaints on the grounds that they don't go to him but to the office. I have complained many times to his office but the reply is only one point 'just wait, yes sir'.
There is no compensation whatsoever from the party to me for the loss of time that I experienced.
I ride travel because I need it fast and practical. This actually makes it long and annoyed. Know this, it's better to take the bus.
Last word, I will never ever use this travel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fastrespon untuk pemesanan, driver ramah2, on time, dan sering pesan bolak balik bdg-bgr belum pernah dikecewakan sama travel ini. Semoga kualitas pelayanan, armada dan SDM bisa dipertahankan bahkan ditingkatkan.
Fast response to bookings, drivers are friendly, on time, and often message back and forth bgd-bgr has never been disappointed at this travel. Hopefully the quality of service, fleet and human resources can be maintained and even improved.
