Pelayanan DOKTER GIGI NYA GA REKOMEND SAMA SEKALI. ada Pasien malah di bentak-bentak! Tidak mencerminkan Etika Dokter. Yg ada Pasien malah stresss bukan nya malah rilex!! Bayangin aja ada Pasien dateng dengan Keluhan Sakit Gigi malah di bentak β€œceritain dong kronologis nya gimana saya mau periksa kalau ga di ceritain” dengan nada membentak. Ga pantas!! Lalu ketika Pasien Kumur2 malah di bentak pula β€œjangan berantakan kumur2 nya” Ini Dokter di sumpah dokter ny seperti apa sampai Beliau tidak memperlakukan Pasien selayak nya manusia yg butuh Jasa nya??? sampe Suster nya di sana pun keliatan ga tega ke Pasien nya (tapi mungkin para suster pun ga berani untuk menegur Dokter nya). Yg mau berobat ke Dokter Gigi nya lebih baik siapin mental.
THE DENTAL SERVICE IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. there is a patient even being snapped! Does not reflect Doctor's Ethics. There are patients who are stressed instead of relaxing!! Just imagine that a patient comes in with a toothache complaint instead of being shouted at, "Tell me the chronology, how do I want to check it if I don't tell you?" with a yelling tone. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Not worth it!! Then when the patient gargles, he is even shouted "don't mess with his mouthwash" What kind of doctor is this doctor's oath so that he doesn't treat patients like humans who need his services??? Even the nurse there didn't seem to have the heart to treat the patient (but maybe the nurses didn't even dare to reprimand the doctor). If you want to go to the dentist, it's better to be mentally prepared.

Ish sama banget yaaa. Saya juga kapok berobat di sini . Setiap saya sakit lebih milih berobat di klinik lain walau jauh dari rumah. Yg paling penting itu pelayanan nya bosss.... BPJS pun bayar kok tiap bulan, dan gak tiap bulan juga saya sakit. Sekian dan terima kasih

Pengalaman saya berobat disini menggunakan bpjs, semuanya baik mungkin tergantung sikap kitanya dan etika kita ??
My experience for treatment here is using BPJS, everything is good maybe it depends on our attitude and our ethics ??

Parah banget pelayanannya. Di jadwal pelayanan sampai jam 1/2 9 malam, pasien sakit datang jam 7 ditolak, udah ngga mau ngelayanin, ngga peduli pasien sakit apa, gawat atau ngga, diliat aja ngga, "besok pagi aja balik lagi" semoga segera mendapat hidayah semua pegawainya
Very bad service. In the service schedule until 1/2 9 pm, sick patients come at 7 are rejected, they don't want to serve anymore, it doesn't matter what sick patients are, it's serious or not, just look at it, "just come back tomorrow morning" I hope you get guidance from all the employees soon

Dokter gigi nya parah. Semoga cepet ganti or pensiun aja Bikin malu nama klinik Saya tambal gigi kedua kali di sini, katanya kalo masih ga bisa harus dicabut tp harus dirujuk ke RS Pas tambalan saya copot lagi, saya minta cabut dan rujukan ke RS, malah marah2, eh tepatnya maki2... katanya disini masih bisa Saya bukan sok tau, kan dlu sendiri situ yg bilang harus cabut ke RS. Mana cabut giginya kasar Bilang "sabar yaa" berkali2 pas lg tindakan padahal saya diem aja, dia nya yg ga sabaran Ini udh bosen jd dokter apa gimana yaa Saya aja ampe kasian ama perawatnya

Pelayanan tidak ramah , payah, mba2 yg di tmpt daftar sangat jutek.. Semoga dpt hidayah ya mba! kita bayar bpjs rutin kok pelayanan kaya gini..

Menurut saya selama berobat di klinik Waspada ..pelayanan BPJS ataupun Tunai itu sama saja tidak di bedakan..dari mulai pelayanan di depan sampai ke dokternya sangat baik..pelayanannya juga sangat cepat.
In my opinion, during treatment at the Alert clinic ... BPJS or Cash services are the same, there is no difference ... from the service at the front to the doctor is very good ... the service is also very fast.

Parah bgt dokter gigi klinik waspada,suka marah marah sama pasien yg sedang sakit gigi.dokter giginya kyk gak Ikhlas melayani pasien.
It's really bad that the dentist at the clinic is wary, likes to get angry with patients who have toothache. The dentist doesn't seem to be sincere in serving patients.
