★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Miso Ramen, broth was good but sliced niku was really hard to chew :( Didn’t finish it in the end. Gyoza was good and ambience was nice. Mbanya also really nice and friendly :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foods was great at the beginning but when it gets cool the taste becomes awfull. All foods we ordered (ramen soup & rice) have slight bitter after taste. Sorry to say this. Service is very slow

The decorations are amazing, kudos to the interior designer
The collagen raclette cheese is so good!! It's amazing!
Their beef menus and ramen are also tasted great. The drinks are so-so.
Customer service are great and friendly, but they're too rushed and sometimes distracted. Timing from order to plating is long too. Perhaps because of the limited staffs. Many improvements to be expected.
Anyway, I really recommend you (viewers) to try and eat here! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ramen indeed! New experience as well bcs we boiled the ramen on the spot, and there is their signature menu, you can put melted raclette cheese on top of the boiled ramen. Yummm definitely going back again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was asked to give 5 star rating in exchange for voucher that can't be claimed directly and cannot combine two vouchers. Slow service response. Food was ok. Head office management needs to be retrained on customer orientation.
