★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After tried several ramen restaurants, I must admit that this is my fave one. They do not compromise with the taste, thick and flavourful bold broth. I tried the tsukumen noodle and I must say this is my fave menu from this place. They served the broth and noodle separated and you can choose the spicy level. The ajitama and charsiu were so good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order tonkotsu red (spicy) level 2, the ramen is delicious, and the place is comfortable. However, they dont seperate the smoking and non smoking area, it is so annoying. Other than that, they have to training the waitress, the waitress is so rude gossiping/commenting the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the best tsukemen in Jakarta here. I can say that this is as authentic as you can get in Jakarta for tsukemen. Noodles are chewy and the soup fits the noodle just right. If you live in Jakarta, come here at least once in your life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tsukemen was ok.. masesoba was too salty. Tbh not really impressive haha... They have 3 types of noodle, didnt really like the thickest type. Tonkotsu is never available, however chasiu rice & gyoza were delicious! The egg was perfectly cooked. All were pork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a great, delicious, authentic ramen without breaking your budget? Look no further and visit fujiyama 55, especially the one at LOFT, this one near MRT station.
After trying so many places, i'd dare to say that fujiyama55 mazesoba is the best in Indonesia. Their homemade nagoya style noodle is to die for! Chewy and freshly made, Fujiyama offers no less than 6 variant of their specialty noodles.
Price is on par with competition, good price point for the ramen quality. Service is good and ryokucha is free refills. Surely will return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ramen is delicious, their specialty is Tsukemen where you dip the ramen to the soup. My daughter like it.
Would like to give 5 stars however, there’s no place for non smokers, hence its not a family friendly place. Also my wife and I spot a baby cockroach, diners next to me also spot another.
Begin to doubt the cleanliness of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, a little bit hidden above Marugame Udon. The place looks very authentic Japanese ramen shop. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen. Broth tastes good and rich, added a bit of chili oil to make the flavor even better. If I have to critique one thing, I think my noodle was a bit overcooked, I preferred it to be more firm. But overall would definitely come back to taste all of the other menu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious ramen! My favorite is Tori Paitan ramen, flavourful broth and nice thin ramen noodles. The Gyoza is very nice too. We spent IDR 240.000 for two person, we had 2 bowls of ramen, one gyoza and ocha.
The place is rather small and it could get crowded easily, so I would recommend to come before or after peak lunchtime or dinner time. Located near MRT station in Fatmawati area, South Jakarta.
