★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jarak yg tidak terlalu jauh dr pusat kota, dengan harga terjangkau dan tentunya harga jg flat tidak terpengaruh kenaikan harga saat puncak liburan.
Kondisi rumah bersih, nyaman. mempertahankan bentuk rumah lama yang masih sangat terawat.
Pelayanan jg sangat ramah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yogya selalu eksotik, terutama bagi mereka yang pernah kenal Yogya sebelum modernitas datang, Yogya zaman bus kota hanya sampai pk 17.30.
Kinanti Homestay setidaknya menghadirkan nuansa itu. Dengan tipe rumah 'lawas' yang terawat baik, menginap di sini seperti kembali ke rumah eyang.
Kamarnya tak luas, perabotannya persis di rumah pribadi. Di jalan depan rumah banyak tukang makanan keliling, paling tidak bakso dan siomay abang.
Untuk homestay di tengah kota, rate yang ditawarkan pun terjangkau, antara 250.000- 450.000/ malam, sudah termasuk sarapan pagi.
Oh ya, rumah ini hanya bisa menampung 7 orang penginap, jadi..ketenangan pasti terjamin.
Yogya is always exotic, especially for those who had known Yogya before modernity came, Yogya in the city bus era only lasted until 17.30.
At least Kinanti Homestay presents that nuance. With well-maintained 'old' type houses, staying here is like returning to a grandparent's house.
The rooms are not spacious, the furniture is exactly in a private house. On the street in front of the house there are many mobile food vendors, at least the meatballs and dumplings of my brother.
For homestays in the city center, the rates offered are affordable, between 250,000-450,000 / night, including breakfast.
Oh yes, this house can only accommodate 7 people, so ... peace is guaranteed.
