★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan medisnya.secara umum cukup bagus, ramah & cukup lengkap.
Kekurangannya cuma di satu hal: Antrian masih bener bener manual. Ditulis pakai tangan. Human error tinggi sekali.
Bisa terjadi Anda dipanggil berkali kali, padahal sdh menjalani pemeriksaan.
Atau sebaliknya, Anda sdh terdaftar, tapi lama menunggu gak dipanggil panggil juga.
Plus satu lagi : sdm nya sangat lambat & tidak efektif menangani antrian yg panjang.
 Medical services are generally quite good, friendly & quite complete.
The only drawback is one thing: Queues are still really manual. Written by hand. Human error is very high.
It can happen that you are called many times, even though you have undergone an examination.
Or vice versa, you have registered, but waited a long time without being called.
Plus one more: the tbsp is very slow & not effective in handling long queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan dokter giginya buruk terutama susternya parah, masa kondisi orang radang meluas dari gusi sampe dada kesakitan hinggi gak bisa makan/minum/tidur tapi diminta nomer hape dokter yg kemarin mencabut gigi saya aja ngak dikasih. Gak ada koordinasi informasi antara suster-dokter selain jaga rahasia nomer hape shg saya sampai salah minum obat.
gak bakal balik sini lagi, kapok!
The doctor's service is bad, especially the nurses are severe, when the inflammation condition of the person extends from the gums until the chest is in high pain, I can't eat / drink / sleep, but I was asked for the number of the doctor who yanked my teeth yesterday. There is no coordination of information between the nurse-doctor besides keeping the secret number on my cellphone so that I take the wrong medicine.
not going back here again, give up!

I feel sorry for the doctor who uses thick eyelash in the examination room - calls patients - gives prescriptions to the pharmacy - hopefully all paid off, doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dari para petugas di apotek ramah selain itu pelayanan yang diberikan juga sangat cepat khususnya saat melakukan swab antigen ketika menunggu hasilnya. Kemudian untuk biaya yang dikeluarkan pun terjangkau dibandingkan dengan tempat lainnya yang juga membuka layanan swab.
The service from the staff at the pharmacy is friendly, besides that the service provided is also very fast, especially when doing an antigen swab while waiting for the results. Then the costs incurred are affordable compared to other places that also open swab services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayan buruk bgt, d janjiin obat udah kelar, habis trf kata ny langsung d krm, tp setelah trf ga d krm2, pertama alasan ny dy jaga sendiri jd blm bs d krm trs org ny yg nawarin mau d krm pake ojek, selang setengah jam saya tanya lagi udh d krm blm, ga d bls2 trs setelah saya tunggu dr d blng obat siap sekitar 1 stgh jam baru d kabarin lagi obat nya ga lengkap padahal sudab d trf, kecewa bgt beli d sini, udh ngabisin waktu pdhl ad keperluan d luar
The waiter was really bad, he promised the medicine was finished, after the transfer, he said he was immediately sent, but after the transfer it wasn't sent, the first reason was that he took care of himself so he couldn't send it, but the person who offered to send it using a motorcycle taxi, half an hour later I asked again, it hasn't been sent yet, it hasn't been answered, but after I waited for the doctor, the medicine was ready for about 1 hour after that, I was told again that the medicine wasn't complete even though it was already on trf, very disappointed to buy here, already wasted time when there was a need outside

Strength: professional and experienced dentist (no doubt!), great communication between dentist-staff-patient, very clean tools and yet very affordable (they don’t give special price to foreigners). Weakness: honestly, I found none. Well done!
