very strategic position and easy to reach in Mendrisio shophouse, security guard is friendly and polite, cs mba Silvi is also professional in serving, unfortunately only 1 cs, maybe bri customers in this area are not too many, overall service is satisfactory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat tidak terlalu besar. Saat datang, teller merangkap CS, sehingga pelayanan kurang maksimal. Hanya ada tempat untuk 1 CS dan 1 Teller.
Tempat duduk juga minim di dalam, sehingga nasabah banyak yg menunggu di luar.
The place is not too big. When they arrive, the teller is concurrently CS, so the service is not optimal. There is only room for 1 CS and 1 Teller.
Seating is also minimal inside, so many customers are waiting outside.
