★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat jelek.. saya minta surat rujukan tapi ga dikasih.. jadi saya tdk bisa claim asuransi dari kantor.. saat diminta surat rujukannya, suster dan dokter nya malah tdk tahu bentuknya seperti apa.. sungguh mengecewakan sih apalagi ini kan klinik dgn nama yg sudah terkenal tapi pelayanannya jelek..
 Very bad service .. I asked for a referral letter but it was not given .. so I couldn't claim insurance from the office .. when asked for the referral letter, the nurses and doctors didn't even know what shape it looked like .. really disappointing, especially since this is a clinic with a name which is already famous but the service is bad ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kimia farma terburuk yg pernah saya alami. Ditelepon perihal swab antigen katanya buka jam 9. Datang jam 9 diberitahu dengan ketus oleh pegawai kasir kalau buka jam 10. Jam 10 saya datang lagi dan diberitahu kalau antigen buka jam 11 dan diberitahu dengan cengegesan oleh pegawai2nya. Katanya mau beres-beres dulu. What the hell? Ternyata sekelas kimia farma masih ada yg pelayanannya berkualitas rendah seperti ini. Cukup bikin kapok untuk antigen disini lagi.
Ps. Sebaiknya jgn antigen disini karena harganya 250rb. Sedangkan di kimia farma lain sudah ada yg 190rb.
Worst pharma chemistry service I've ever experienced. Called about the antigen swab and said it was open at 9. Came at 9 curtly told by the cashier staff that it was open at 10. At 10 I came again and was told that the antigen opens at 11 and was told grumpily by the staff. He said he wanted to clean up first. What the hell? It turns out that there are still pharmaceutical chemistry classes with low quality services like this. Enough to give up on antigens here again.
Ps. It's better not to antigen here because the price is 250 thousand. While in other pharmaceutical chemistry there is already 190 thousand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini jam 8 malam buat beli obat kumur sama masker. Tapi struknya gak bisa diprint katanya sistem lagi eror dan offline. Trus display barang di rak-rak juga gak ada harganya. Saya jd gabisa tau produk yg saya beli harganya brp. Bad service banget.. herannya masih jam 8 mlm kenapa sistem buat cetak strucknya eror dan offline? Ga ngerti lagi sama kimia farma, ada aja masalahnya...
Came here at 8 pm to buy mouthwash and masks. But the receipt can't be printed, it says the system has an error and is offline. Then the display of goods on the shelves also has no price. I don't know how much the product I bought costs. Really bad service.. surprisingly it's still 8 pm, why is the system for printing struck error and offline? I don't know about pharma chemistry anymore, there's just a problem...

The waiters are not friendly, especially the cashiers are really rude. They're not taught how to serve them properly.

Karena pke BPJS x ya. BPJS juga bayar x g gratis. Kena potong gaji. Pelayanan nya sungguh terlalu.
Di mulai registrasi smpe obat racik 1,5 jam. Padahal g ad pasien lagi selain gw.
Worse, the lama is banged and ugly.
Because I use BPJS x, yes. BPJS also pays x g for free. Got a pay cut. The service is really too.
Starting from registration until the drug is concoction 1.5 hours. Even though there are no other patients besides me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter giginya nipu saya, katanya BPJS hanya satu rahang, pas saya tanya teman yang bersihin di situ 2 rahang, jangan gitu lah dokter kok tukang bohong....
The dentist tricked me, he said BPJS only had one jaw, when I asked a friend who cleaned 2 jaws there, don't be like that the doctor is a liar....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan dokter gigi harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi dari segi keramahan dan cara menjawab pasien. Feedback dari saya sebisa mungkin mengkomunikasikan kepada pasien sebelum tindakan sesimple “tahan rasa sakitnya ya” “maaf” dll dan menanyakan perasaan pasien. Ketika scaling dokter terkesan terburu-buru melakukannya sehingga seluruh gusi saya banyak yg berdarah dan terkesan masa bodo

Feedback from me as much as possible to communicate to patients before the action as simple as "hold the pain yes" "sorry" etc. and ask the patient's feelings.
