★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miris liatnya di saat pandemi.corona gini ..banyak para calon pembeli tidak pake masker masihhh aja dilayani bukan nya ditegur ..padahal jelas2 ada hand sanitizer aturan jaga jarak dan anjuran pake masker
Tapi mba2 nya cuek aja melayani merka2 yg beli tanpa masker..kan seharusnya merka tau rata2 para calon pembeli itu butuh obat buat sehat ..bukan nya jadi parno dan nambah sakit.maaf kl smlm saya tegur mbak2nya karena saya perhatikan sndri antrian banyak dan tanpa masker tetp aja dilayani
It's sad to see it during this corona pandemic.. a lot of potential buyers don't wear masks, they are still served instead of being reprimanded .. even though there are clear hand sanitizers, social distancing rules and recommendations for wearing masks
But the ladies are indifferent to serving those who buy without masks...shouldn't they know that on average the prospective buyers need medicine to be healthy..not that they become paranoid and make them sicker. Sorry if last night I scolded them because I noticed that there were a lot of queues and without any problems.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . masks are still served

hari ini 16 des 2020 saya terpaksa beli 2 saja. ini pelayan si mba yang gak tau harga apa emng ditoko ini mahal harga obatnya.
saya cek di toko obat terdekat isi 10 ampul cuma Rp.42.000,-
bikin kapok beli disini.
pantesan nomor telepon tokonya gak bisa dihubungi takut dikomplain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman yang sangat buruk, ketika saya membeli insulin merk novorapid di apotek wisnu, insulin yang saya beli untuk istri saya macet dan ada benda asing di dalamnya (padahal seharusnya insulin bening dan tidak ada zat asing di dalamnya). Sehari setelah saya membeli, saya mencoba untuk mengembalikan barang tersebut, paling tidak untuk diperbaiki insulin yg macet. Setelah bertemu dengan ownernya, dia bilang hal ini sdh sering terjadi (insulin macet, lho kok bisa? Saya gak habis pikir. padahal selama ini istri saya pake insulin dari RS, blm pernah ada kejadian insulin macet, dia jg bilang banyak stock insulin yg rusak yg di jual (lhoo.. kenapa masih dijual kalo rusak!!) Harusnya kan bisa dikembalikan ke supplier nya (mungkin supplier nya gak resmi kali yaa) soalnya dia jg gak bisa balikin ke supplier nya (sungguh anehh...) Setelah saya minta untuk ada solusi, ternyata solusinya yg ditawarkan tdk mengenakan konsumen, masa saya suruh beli baru lagi insulin dengan setengah harga (gila kali..) orang cari obat buat sembuh, ini malah apess. Kalo menurut saya ini adalah tindakan yg sangat merugikan konsumen, meskipun harga obat disini murah, namun tidak menjamin kualitas ??? payah sekali pelayananya, begitupun attitude ownernya sangat sangat mengecewakan. Harus waspada dan hati hati agar keluarga yg kita cintai tdk menjadi korban dengan hal yg dialami oleh saya.

The day after I bought it, I tried to return the item, at least to repair the jammed insulin. After meeting with the owner, he said that this has often happened (insulin is stuck, how come? It should be returned to the supplier (maybe the supplier is not official at the time) because he can't turn it over to the supplier (really strange ...) After I ask for a solution, it turns out that the solution offered is not wearing consumers, when I tell you to buy insulin with half the price (crazy times ...) people are looking for a cure to recover, this is actually apess. If I think this is a very detrimental act for consumers, even though the price of the drug here is cheap, but does not guarantee the quality sekali very poor servants, as well as the attitude owner is very very disappointing. Must be vigilant and careful so that our loved ones are not victims with things that experienced by me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan komplit obat2 nya, harga2 nya bersaing, parkir gratis. Tapi sayang pelayannya kurang tata krama menghadapi konsumen, ngga pernah senyum, hampir jutek2 semua.
Pretty complete medicine, competitive prices, free parking. But unfortunately the waiter lacks manners in dealing with consumers, never smiles, almost everything is rude.
