★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a 6 star's, I'd give it..kost di Yogya yg dekat pusat kuliner, Tamsis dan Malioboro, strategis utk inap blnan maupun harian..lokasi kos di jalan besar..utk Ibu kos sangat perhatian, fasilitas gudddd baik di luar maupun dalam kamar(ada meja hias, meja laptop lo, kursi kerja seperti di ktr yg dpt diadjust tingginya), byk tanaman so segar..bersih..bpk yg jaga kos jg orgnya ramah n sopan..ada aquariumnya lagiii..saat pdh kos lain coz kerjaan berpdh, jika memakai standar di kimbik's kos, blm dpt di luaran yg seperti ini..makasii bu Retno n pak Marno..
If there is a 6 star's, I'd give it .. boarding house in Yogya which is near the culinary center, Tamsis and Malioboro, strategic for monthly or daily stays..the boarding house is on a big road..for the boarding house lady is very attentive, good facilities are good outside and in the room (there is a decorative table, your laptop table, a work chair like in the bed which can be adjusted in height), many plants are so fresh ... clean ... the ones who keep the boarding house are friendly n polite ... there's an aquarium again ... when at another boarding house, how come the work is done, if you use the standard at Kimbik's boarding house, it can't be done like this, Mrs. Retno n Mr. Marno ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku tinggal setahun di kos ini, ada bapak kos yang jaga dan bersihin kos nya tiap hari jadi bersih banget kos nya. Untuk harga yang diberikan itu oke banget fasilitasnya udah disiapin alat setrika dan cuci, trs juga gas dan air minum sudah gratis. Kalau ada apa2 juga langsung dibenerin masalahnya. Oiya setiap lantai juga ada kulkas sama dispenser, jadi gak perlu rebutan sih pakenya.
I stayed a year in this boarding house, there was a boarding house man who looked after and cleaned the boarding house every day so the boarding house was really clean. For the price given, it & amp; # 39; s really good that the facilities have been prepared with an iron and washing tool, but also gas and drinking water are free. The boarding house is comfortable, clean, the facilities are complete and safe for the girls' boarding house because there are guards and another one on the side of the highway makes it easy for us to access everywhere... thank you ???

Ada AC dan hot waternya juga (untuk hot water listriknya dari kosnya bukan token sendiri), terus disediain galon dan cepet diganti galonnya sama bapak penjaga kosnya. Dapurnya lengkap, mesin cuci dan tempat jemurnya juga ada, Letak kosnya juga di kota dan dipinggir jalan utama sultan agung dan deket mie gacoan tamsis
The boarding house is nice, comfortable, and complete. There is air conditioning and hot water too (for the electric hot water from the boarding house, not the token itself), then gallons are provided and the gallons are quickly replaced by the boarding house keeper. The kitchen is complete, there is a washing machine and drying area, the location of the boarding house is also in the city and beside the main road of Sultan Agung and near Mie Gacoan Tamsis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya tidak jauh dari kantor sekitar 500m, bisa jalan kaki setiap hari. Yang aku suka dari Kimbik’s Kost:
1. Semua pintu kamar dan jendela langsung ke area terbuka (bukan lorong/koridor), jadi sirkulasi udara sangat baik.
2. Banyak tanaman di depan kamar (hanging garden)
3. Lokasi strategis di jalan besar
4. Dekat pasar tradisional, tinggal jalan kaki. Ini penting buat saya karena saya suka masak.
5. Fasilitas kamar oke, ada meja kerja dgn kursi kerja yg sangat nyaman utk WFH.
6. Fasilitas bersamanya lengkap (dapur, ruang cuci & jemuran, dll). Oh iya ada rooftop buat bersantai apabila bosan di dalam kamar.
7. Penjaga kostnya (Pak Marno) baik, ramah, so helpful.

The boarding house is not far from the office about 500m, you can walk every day. What I like about Kimbik's Kost:
1. All room doors and windows directly into an open area (not a hallway/corridor), so air circulation is very good.
2. Many plants in front of the room (hanging garden)
3. Strategic location on the main road
4. Near the traditional market, just walk. This is important to me because I like to cook.
5. Room facilities are okay, there is a work desk with a very comfortable work chair for WFH.
6. The shared facilities are complete (kitchen, laundry & clothesline, etc.). Oh yes, there is a rooftop for relaxing when bored in the room.
7. The boarding house keeper (Mr. Marno) is kind, friendly, so helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A home for 2 weeks working at Yogya. Very cozy. Superb facilities. Clean and medium room. Love the green hanging garden and open air circulation. The guard (penjaga kos) Pak Marno was very helpful, he will accommodate your needs. The owner, Bu Retno, also kind. Super close to culinary central on Taman siswa and Alun2 Puro Pakualaman. Strategically located near Pasar Sentul traditional market and Kimia Farma drug store.
