★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this Kiehl’s outlet is on the 2nd floor of the big mall Grand Indonesia. it’s a rather small outlet with few choices and even poorer service quality. there were 2 salespersons when i went last nite — a young man and woman. both didnt seem too eager to serve or answer questions. the man was busy texting, the woman absorbed in her thoughts. i decided not to buy anything because of the unpleasant atmosphere they gave off, and the man just turned his back and walked away as soon as i said i would not buy the product. extremely rude.
