★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benar kata pepatah, Tempat Bagus BELUM TENTU Pelayanan Bagus.
Juli 2021 saya pergi berdua dengan anak saya daftar imunisasi polio oral, sudah isi dokumen di google docs, sampai klinik diminta download aplikasi, begitu sampai di depan klinik TIDAK BOLEH MASUK sampai aplikasi terbuka dulu dan daftar ulang (padahal kata OB yang di depan data anak saya sudah ada, karena sudah daftar dari Google Docs).
Disitu sinyal super jelek, buka aplikasi ada kali 10menit baru berhasil, anak berdiri di luar begitu, sudah gitu masuk klinik naik dari lantai 1 ke lantai 3, Tidak ada LIFT, alhasil anak tepar setelah pulang dari klinik.
Biaya daftar 100k, Jasa dokter super mahal 510k, imunisasi 80k, total 690k cuma buat imunisasi polio. It's okay kalau pelayanan bagus, tapi super kecewa pelayanan jelek sekali! Resepsionis juga jutek so Worst!

July 2021 I went alone with my child to register for oral polio immunization, I have filled out the documents in google docs, until the clinic was asked to download the application, when I arrived in front of the clinic I CANNOT ENTER until the application was opened and re-registered (even though the OB said in front of the child's data) I already have, because I have registered from Google Docs).
There the signal is super bad, open the application for 10 minutes and it works, the child is standing outside like that, that's how he enters the clinic going up from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor, there is no lift, as a result the child is knocked out after coming home from the clinic.
Registration fee 100k, super expensive doctor services 510k, immunization 80k, total 690k just for polio immunization. It's okay if the service is good, but super disappointed, the service is really bad! The receptionist is also jutek so Worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kesini krn masih blm berani priksa ke rs jd kesini aja ngikutin tempat prakteknya dr Andre ? kliniknya super bersih nyaman untuk anak2, prokes ketat, ga kecampur pasien lain, ga ketemu/papasan sm pasien lain krn semua pasien hanya boleh nunggu di mobil ? pelayanan ramah semua, dokternya pake kostum batman pula ? kl Dr Andre ga usah ditanya, beliau dokter yg paling cocok sm anak2ku, segala informasinya detail pertumbuhan anak jg dibahas ?
It's the first time I've been here because I still haven't dared to check with the hospital, so just come here and follow Dr. Andre's practice ? the clinic is super clean, comfortable for children, the procedures are strict, don't mix with other patients, don't meet/pass by other patients because all patients can only wait in the car all friendly service, the doctor also wears a batman costume ? if you don't need to ask Dr Andre, he is the most suitable doctor for my children, all the detailed information on the child's growth is also discussed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya ok, seperti kindergarten. Protokol kesehatan sangat maksimal. Pemeriksaan sangat teliti dan lengkap. Dokternya (kebetulan dengan dr. Andre) sangat baik dan ramah, sabar dalam menjelaskan, advicenya bagus. Masalah harga menurut saya sangat premium. 2x lipat dari saya biasa membayar pengobatan untuk anak, baik utk biaya obat dan dokter. Tapi sejauh ini hasil memuaskan, obat cocok utk anak saya. Tidak bisa asuransi dan hanya pakai reimbursement.
The place is ok, like a kindergarten. Health protocol is very maximal. Very thorough and complete examination. The doctor (coincidentally with dr. Andre) is very kind and friendly, patient in explaining, the advice is good. In my opinion, the price issue is very premium. 2x as much as I used to pay for medical treatment for children, both for the cost of drugs and doctors. But so far the results are satisfactory, the medicine is suitable for my child. No insurance and only use reimbursement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Protokol utk visitor terlalu berlebihan, tidak kooperatif utk orang tua dan pasien khususnya anak kecil yg butuh pendampingan.
Pengalaman mengantar anak dalam kondisi hujan deras. Namun tidak diijinkan menunggu di dalam klinik. Hanya bisa di luar di mana dingin dan basah karena hujan.

The protocol for visitors is too excessive, uncooperative for parents and patients, especially young children who need assistance.
Experience taking children in heavy rain conditions. However, they are not allowed to wait inside the clinic. Can only be outside where it's cold and wet from the rain.
I might not recommended go to here if your children need care with more than 1 person. They strictly said 1 person enter in regardless see your condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiddiecare Clinic Alam Sutera is a very good clinic, a comfortable place to bring your children for treatment while sick and also for immunization. The place is not scarry for children because there’s a lot of play spot while waiting the pediatrician. All of the Pediatricians was very friendly and have a lot of experience. Special thanks to dr. Andre Inigo, SpA.
Kiddiecare Clinic Alam Sutera also have Kiddie Dentists team who are very friendly and skillfull to help your child’s dental problem..
The nurses and all of the staff are also very friendly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good clinic as people already knew, very clean as well. Little bit disappointed with the service since they "forced" me to buy a faceshield for my 4 days-old sick baby. First of all, it's useless since the faceshield is too big for my baby. Secondly, they didn't even tell the parents its price from the very beginning. At first, which cost IDR 100,000 (they said it's IDR 75,000 at first) and you can't pay the faceshield along with the bill. You have to pay separately cash or bank transfer to a personal bank account (I don't have any idea who the person is).
On that day, I didn't bring cash and my cellphone was out of battery. They still insisted that I can't pay with my card and asked me to charge my phone first so that I can do a mobile banking transfer to them. So frustrating..
