★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masjid menjadi satu dengan gedung/kantor. Posisinya di lantai atas dan harus naik tangga. Kamar mandi numpang perkantoran. Kalau tidak ada pengurusnya kadang dikunci. Jamaah sedikit hanya perkantoran sekitar saja karena di perkampungan warga sudah ada masjid sendiri

1. Terletak di lantai paling atas PDM kota
2. Sudah dilengkapi AC
3. Terdapat tempat wudhu didekat masjid, dapat juga berwudhu di tempat wudhu yg disediakan di setiap lantai PDM
4. Untuk yg memiliki keterbatasan fisik tidak disarankan karena harus naik turun tangga
