★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is Beautiful and health , they care about Lighting to encorage enzym of the dog during take a rest to get more health and they care to clean the oksigen content In the area with ozonizer , pet room very clean with stainless steel and mat , groming area also protected well form the flea also completed with robotic blower to make dog and cat feel relax. HIGH RECOMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always buy my dog food here, they have Pro Plan 7kg packaging (which not many pet shops offer), so more economical. They also response to messages very fast, and I can just order Go-Send to pick it up since I don't live around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 3rd time got my dog washed and groomed here. And I’m always a satisfied customer. The owner and the staffs are very friendly and very informative for what my dog needs. Always bought dogs products, from the food, shampoo, conditioner, and anything else here too. Compared to the others, they have much more reasonable price. Keep the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this petshop is NOT PROFESSIONAL, FULL OF MONEY ORIENTED WHO DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. The groomer handled my cat very POORLY and causing him to have nerve on his neck that connectes to his eye damaged. My cat went from a perfectly healthy cat into a cat who cant walk properly, can’t keep his neck steady and with a damaged right eye. THE MANAGER/FRANCHISE OWNER at that time did not think there was a mishandling, even when theres a proof of video showing the groomer grab a 5kg adult cat by the back of the neck and pulled him when drying his stomach. In the video it was shown a drastic changes before and after the groomer grabbed his neck. In his opinion, the groomer was not mishandling my cat. THE PETSHOP OWNER was rudely offer me “one time grooming voucher” as a compensation. Her initial response to this situation made me realise that she doesn’t care about animal and just thinking about the profit. Until now the owner still did not pay for my cat’s treatment bill and just keep giving excuses after excuses.
