★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, mbak-mbaknya selalu ramah dan informatif. I don't know their service for cat/dog sitting or grooming. Hence the 4 starts but judging from it's always full with cat/dogs, I assume they're doing a good job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet we use. Good service and flexible when we’ve needed to change appointments. There’s a grooming service and pet shop downstairs and the also have a pet boarding service but we’ve not used it yet. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not board your pet here. They sleep on plastic grating in a dirty white box. We had to tip them to clean the walls. They don’t provide beds for the dogs but will sell you a plastic tub with a mat in it for 750,000rp. A pretty miserable place for a dog to stay (if you think of your dog as family). Bottom line, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give Jakpetz more than one star as we felt they were pretty good the first time we brought one of our cats in for work on his teeth. However, since then, the same cat was taken there with a ruptured abscess (quite bad). He was placed in his crate in the hallway and that is where he passed away. =( Additionally, in January, we paid 10.000.000 IDR deposit to send two cats to the U.S. via KLM cargo. Jakpetz isn't able to follow through with the contract so we asked for a refund (zero money has been paid by Jakpetz for any arrangements). They originally said we would only get 50% back and now are no longer responding. Very unprofessional. If they are able to make this right, I would consider changing my rating. Fingers crossed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jakpetz has always been there to take care of my cat since she was a kitten. She is now 13 years old. They provide excellent boarding and grooming services. She also sees Jakpetz clinic for checkups and dental needs. The best!
