★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawainya sangat tidak membantu & cendrung mempersulit, sangat menyayangkan kinerja yg mengecewakan, sy mau cetak E-KTP infonya jaringan sedang down, lalu saya minta kontak yg bisa dihubungi tp malah dikasih nomor yg tdk bisa dihubungi (agar bisa pastikan dulu sbg antispasi kesiapan jaringan wktu akan ke kelurahan lg) sy ke kelurahan ini tgl 21 september (dilayani oleh ibu2 yg ga pakai jilbab & bapak yg gendut)..!!
 The employees are very unhelpful and tend to make it difficult, very sorry for the disappointing performance, I want to print the E-KTP, the information on the network is down, then I ask for a contact who can be contacted but instead given a number that cannot be contacted (so you can confirm first as an anticipation of network readiness when going to kelurahan lg) I went to this kelurahan on September 21 (served by mothers who don't wear hijab & fat fathers) .. !!

The service is still lacking. Less alert in serving the community. This is my personal opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat BPK lurah tlg kasih teguran kepada ketua RT 04/05 kp.banjaran Pucung...dia telah mencemarkan nama baik seorang ibu n mengancam klu dia TDK akan membantu jika ibu itu membutuhkan bantuan berupa tanda tangan ...pdhl ibu itu baru memberi uang buat RT
Surat PBB klu tidak di pinta, TDK di kasihin...dia hanya peduli sm suku nya saja ( paguyuban pagar mas) ...
Make the BPK head of village give a reprimand to the head of RT 04/05 kp.banjaran Pucung ... he has defamed a mother's name and threatens her if TDK will help if she needs help in the form of a signature ... even though the mother has just given money for RT
The UN letter is not requested, TDK is loved ... he only cares about his tribe (the fence community)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam 9 pagi, petugas belum hadir, pelayanan terganggu. Sesama pegawai kelurahan tidak tahu apakah ybs terlambat, atau tidak masuk kerja. Warga di suruh menunggu tanpa kejelasan dengan kalimat "kita juga gak tau dia terlambat masuk hari ini atau enggak masuk, biasanya sih udah datang, tunggu aja kalo enggak balik lagi abis istirahat, semua orang juga perlu...!"
..........!!?
Ada etalase kaca yg tidak jelas kegunaannya menghalangi loket layanan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananny very bad.. Jauh dari bagus.. Tmptny dah usang.. Setiap ruanganny gak terawat.. Males2..ya.. Buat bersih2...yg jaga malah anak pkl.. Pegawainy gak sanggup kli.. Masa ngurus akte kematian gak selesai2.. Dah mondar mandir.. Dijanjiin,trus dikasih no kontak gak aktif.. Pas balik lagi.. Udah jadi.. Cukup surat selembar.. Surat keterangan kematian dibilang.akte kematian.. Yg gaji masyarakat.. Malah bikin susah masyarakat.. Lupa diri..semoga aj.. Nyadar sblm dipanggil ama ALLAH SWT.. AAMIN
The service is very bad.. Far from good.. The place is old.. Every room is not maintained.. Lazy.. yes.. To clean it...the ones who look after are children at pkl. It's done.. It's been going back and forth.. Promised, then given a contact number, it's not active.. When you come back again.. It's done.. Just a sheet.. Death certificate is said. Death certificate.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikin e-ktp bru jadi 1 tahun. Nanya temen temen yg lain yg di kelurahan lain pada 3 bulan jadi… pernah kehilangan dompet di tempat fingger print padahal ada cctv tapi pegawai tidak ada yang tau cara liat cctv nya…2 hari kemudian dompet kembali tapi uangnya ilang alhamdulillah
Make your new e-KTP to 1 year. Asked another friend who was in another kelurahan for 3 months so… ever lost my wallet at the finger print place even though there was cctv but no employee knew how to see the cctv… 2 days later the wallet came back but the money was gone, thank God
