I sent email still no response, I had DM in Instagram still no responses.
How troubled is it. I need my SEV ASAP.
How could I reached them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy w/ their service. Came here to get my single entry visa during pandemic (mid Sept 2021). Cant believe hw easy & efficient the process is. Was scheduled to come 8-11 AM, and get the visa on the same day. And it only costs IDR 51K.
We need to make an appointment before coming through email, and they will reply the time & documents required. Super easy!
If you have already vaccinated, u dont need to bring antigen/PCR test. Please check w/ the staff as the rules might get updated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No waiting room inside the building for those who only accompanying. Those who need to do the visa will have to scan the bar code first to fill in the form. Once the form is filled, you will be given a tag and will be seated first before you can go to the main building to submit the form.
Once the form is submitted, you will be issued with a receipt and a collection date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just renewed my passport there earlier via appointment by email. Had to fill up an online form and the security team was of great help. Super friendly staffs all around. The immigration department was tremendous as well. I think it took around 15-20 minutes total. Thank you Malaysian Embassy, Jakarta. Keep up the great work. Malaysia Boleh.
