★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No parking area. People have to line up on the road just to get in. The receptionist at the gate is very strict. The exterior of the building is also very dirty and unmaintained. But the staff inside are very efficient, so that's a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is hard to know the PASSPORT Status. No Phones are answered. No emails are replied, No feedback are attended on time ... As we are in the digital era; I am surprised why Indian Embassy not looking for digitization (or) at least providing easy access to know the status. I am Disappointed with the Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - They don’t provide any nearby authorised Parking (Maybe same with all Embassy)
- You can’t take mobile inside building .
- Take the token and wait for your turn till afternoon.
- They are really very slow in processing or dealing with any case .
- Somewhere few people inside embassy will try to help but you really have to wait for whole day .
- Good thing ? They provide computer and printer . So if you forget any paper ? You can print inside embassy waiting area only in free ??
- Get ready to Waste your whole day ??♂️

My problem is marriage certificate as i married with Indonesian. I want to make kitab so immigration required married certificate from Indian embassy. I'm staying in klaten Jawa tengah.
For enquiry i call sevral times to Indian embassy in jakarta and always operator pick the call and wait for till transfer line who knows about my problem. After that operator said sorry we are busy.. It repeats All the time same. I'm really sorry to say they are not active on phone calls. What about the person if stay far? He or she should call first then do process for the next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for consular services. It was smooth and perfect. There was a Madam (2nd Consular) who explained in details and extended her support to get my things done. It was faster than online. Thank You Mam.
Previously renewed my passport during COVID time in 2020.
Other things : Car parking available. Strict social distancing policy adherence.
Advice: Please ensure to book your appointment online prior to your Visit. Plan your visit and reach early before 9:30 to avoid traffic
