★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke!!! Look at the portion of the rice. Look at the size of the fried chicken. And last but not least, the nasi uduk taste no better than any other roadside warungs. I promise myself to never come back again. Once is enough. 32k IDR for this joking meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, to be honest there are other Nasi Uduk restaurants nearby which has the same taste with this restaurant. But, this one has a strong Betawi nuance with historical information which will bring your culinary experience further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, I didn't like this version of Nasi Uduk. For me, it's better the Lamongan version of Nasi Uduk. I felt the rice is plain and it's presentation more like Nasi Kucing because of its size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love to eat a local food. Taste is right, price is affordable, hospitality is good. We were there for dinner at 8.30pm on weekday, so it was less crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dining here since I was a baby. The fact that my father also used to eat here since he was still young. The taste of the dishes here never change, so that's why I never get bored visiting Kedai Zainal Fanani though I am now living in Bandung. My favorite meals are: paru goreng and asinan betawi. For your information, the taste of their dishes are less savory because I found that they do not use MSG.
