Pelayanan servis cuma 1 udah gitu lama tolong di perbaiki lagi dan di perbanyak lagi pelayanan servis nya jadi gak anteri harus tunggu lama

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak begitu besar ada teller dan cs nya 1 dan tetap seperti bank bri pada umumnya menjalankan payanan yang prima
Not so big, there are tellers and cs 1 and still like a BRI bank in general, they run excellent service

want to withdraw cash even though the employees are in front of them all quietly when they enter the atm it's not operating yet!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bank dgn aset terbesar di indonesia...tapi pelayanan buruk. mau buka rekening aja susah bgt. lalu mau daftar mobile banking kirain dibantu sm cs nya...ternyata cuma dikasih kertas panduan...daftar sendiri BRImo mau take e-ktp ga bisa - bisa...ini bank terbesar si dunia ya...pelayanan & infrastrukturnya abal2.
bank with biggest assets in indonesia ... but bad service. just want to open an account, it's really hard. Then I want to register for mobile banking, I think I will be assisted by SM CS ... it turns out that I was only given a paper guide ... I can register myself BRImo I want to take my e-ID card can't - I can ... this is the largest bank in the world ... the service & infrastructure is awful.

bad service! queue is limited. take the queue number at 6. cs only 1. old service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mau ke Cs saja nunggu 1,5 Jam, nunggu di luar panas debu, semoga ada perubahan di menejemennya, nasabah mau membesarkan bank nya tapi pelayanan nya harus sangat sangat segera di perbaiki
I want to go to Cs, just wait 1.5 hours, waiting outside to get hot and dusty, hopefully there will be changes in management, customers want to increase their bank but the service must be repaired very, very soon
