CS cuma 1, datang jam 11 posisi antrian nomor 29, jam 13.30 masih antrian nomor 31 dan 1 jam lebih ga bergerak.
CS only 1, arrived at 11 queue position number 29, at 13.30 still queue number 31 and 1 hour more motionless.

Ah maaf, saya kira kantor BRI di kompleks ruko ini sudah tutup dan pindah. Ternyata masih ada. Dulu sering ke sini. Pakai ATMnya. Trus biasanya langsung beli koran yang digelar di depan kantor. Sekarang korannya dah gak ada. Parkirnya cukup luas dan enak keluar-masuknya.
Ah sorry, I think the BRI office in this shop complex has closed and moved. It turns out it's still there. I used to come here often. Use the ATM. Then usually directly buy a newspaper that is held in front of the office. Now the paper doesn't exist. The parking lot is quite wide and nice in and out.

Lamaaaa, diselak terussss...nunggu udah 3 jam gak masuk jg...parah sistem antriannya, klo aparat / kenal orang dalem bisa langsung masuk...CS cuma 2 itupun lama banget + sering diselak orang...
It's been a long time, it's been interrupted ... it's been waiting for 3 hours and it doesn't get in too ... the queuing system is bad, if the security forces / know people inside, they can go straight in ... CS is only 2 that's really long + people often interrupt ...

Percuma diksh nomor antrian klo antrian CS kacau. Dtg dpt no. 34, duduk sebentar lgsg dipanggil no. 31. Sdgkn saya baru dipanggil msk ke dlm, 2 jam kemudian. Diselak 2x. 1 sm keluarga aparat yg diantar bpknya yg aparat, baru dtg bisik2 ke satpam lgsg boleh msk. Dan yg ke 2, diselak ibu2 yg baru dtg tinggal nelpon (spt org dlm BRI), akhirnya mrk jg bs lgsg bisa msk ke CS. Konyolnya udh dipanggil antrian 32, orgnya udh msk (duduk disebelah saya) malah stlhnya satpam blg msh antrian 31. Wkt satpamnya manggil no. 33 & orgnya tdk ada, malah balik kedlm. Ditny udh no.brp tp dijeb no.31. Gitu aja terus smp 2 jam. Wkt dipanggil msk jg hrs nunggu lg krn ibu2 yg nyelak ke 2 msh dilayani CS. Ga gitu jg kali pak satpam. Bpk kan liat sendiri, yg duduk diluar udh nunggu sgt lama. Mana CS jg cuma 1. Klo alasan pak satpam blg ke org2 diluar krn CS lambat, pak satpam sendiri jg hrs tegas soal antrian. Sy msh sgt memaklumi klo antrian diselak oleh org berkebutuhan khusus tp klo alasan krn ybs aparat & pny kenalan org dlm, bnr2 ga bisa dimaklumi. Dan, utk CSnya memang perlu ditambah biar mempercepat urusan. Kasian pak/bu, klo ada lansia atw org berkebutuhan khusus hrs nunggu lama. Sy yg msh sehat aja smp pusing nunggu 2 jam.
It's useless to know the queue number if the CS queue is messed up. Dtg got no. 34, sit briefly lgsg called no. 31. When I was called in, 2 hours later. Intercepted 2x. 1 sm family of the apparatus that was escorted by the apparatus, just whispered to the security guard, can I enter. And the second one, interrupted the new women just called (like people in BRI), finally they can also go to CS. The ridiculous thing is that I've been called in queue 32, the person is still (sitting next to me) but after that the security guard still queues 31. The time the security guard calls no. 33 & the person is not there, even back inside. Ditny has already been numbered but has been debited no.31. Just like that, it continued for 2 hours. When I am called, I also have to wait again because the mothers who turn to the 2nd are still being served by CS. Not like that, security guard. Bpk saw it myself, the one sitting outside has been waiting for a long time. Where's the CS also only 1. If the reason why the security guard doesn't go to people outside is because CS is slow, the security guard himself has to be strict about queues. I still understand if the queue is interrupted by people with special needs, but if the reason is because the security forces & people know inside, it can't be excused. And, the CS needs to be added to speed up matters. Poor sir / madam, if there are elderly people or people with special needs, you have to wait a long time. I am still healthy, but I feel dizzy, waiting for 2 hours.

Pelayanannya lama, cs cuma 2 tp kebanyakan ngobrolnya, nasabah lg keluhan di tinggal2, bgasi penjelasannya jg gak jelas. Ga akan kesini lagi deh, kapokkk
The service is long, only 2 cs but most of them talk, customers are left with complaints, the explanation is also not clear. Won't be here again, kapokkk

Parking lot available, two units of ATM for Rp. 50.000,- and Rp. 100.000,-. Easy to reach. It's recommended to go there in the middle of month. (Crowded during early month)
