What a wonderful place.. You can boil egg or cook something in the hot water here. The sulfur can be used for body scrub and also for skin treatment.. There is also sulfur massage. To get here u can walk or riding motorcycle which is quite far.

Great unique place where you can get to enjoy a very warm bath on top of a volcano. It takes about 20 minutes walking from the parking place to the volcano through the forest and requires a guide with additional fee (they say). The path goes through the forest, easy to walk but not suitable for wheelchairs. Note that the entrance fee of the nature park comes with an extra high charge for international tourists. A lot less busy and less people selling things than on the top of the mountain.

Nice nature place if you like looking for nature and scenery. This place need 10-25 minutes walk in the forest to reach the "kawah Domas" location. While on the way here there are some rest spot in the forest if you tired for walking. Beware for the low temperature and the smell of sulfur for some people will difficult to breathe, but in normal day i think it's not dangerous at all. Don't forget to bring jacket and mask ?.

After the scenic view on the volcano, we hiked down to a sulphur lake (Kawah Domas). I would have given a 5 star for the experience if not for some guides that chose to follow us down the hiking path and helped to take care if the kids & taking photos. Hence, my wife was obliged to buy something from them because tipping were not allowed. However when there, we enjoyed some leg massages whilst the kids were busy collecting lava/sulphur stones & boiling eggs!

Must visit place if you are going to Bandung. It is little far from Bandung city but worth to visit. It's entry fees is little high but it has many places inside. It has volcano craters. One crater is near to car parking. For other one you need to buy another ticket for guide support. You need to trek declining but it's worth to trek. Finally you get the best. Hot springs are there to welcome you and give relax to your feets as soon as you sit there. One of the spring is so hot you can even boil eggs and rice.

Great place to see hot springs. Lots of steps down to crater, easier walk back up and can get car to top. Wear good shoes to walk down can be slippery. Nice views at top and through forest. Guides available to show the way down and up. Well worth the visit.

Great climate, it use guide to go crater. I need walk about 1.5 km to reach that crater from street. The path quite slippery so be careful. At the crater, there's hot spring for legs. Also you can boil eggs too.

I was very lucky that I visited this Domas Crater privately without any other visitors. was walking through the forest for 1.5 km, guided by a tour guide, finally arrived at the incredible Domas crater. we can soak there and the warm water contains sulfur. but still be careful and follow the directions of the tour guide. it's better to bring a change of clothes, wear mountain sandals (rubber), and drink if you want to come. good luck.
