★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari segi bangunan cukup bagus dan letaknya cukup strategis, dekat dengan masjid, stadion dan kantor pemerintahan yang lainya. Di depanya ada sebuah taman yang terbuat dari rumput sintentis cukup bagus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang dr pagi, nunggu pula ujung2nya dibilang kartunya lagi abis, dikasih form yg sm aja kata2nya blanko saat ini tidak tersedia, solusinya suruh kecilenggang juga, percuma dekat kantor walikota tp fasilitas utk publik aja masih dioper sana sini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No comment, ada anggarannya pasti bagus tempatnya. Lokasi persis di pinggir jalan raya maruga/serua. Namun sangat disayangkan aksesnya hanya 2 mobil, jadi terkadang agak macet di depan kantornya.
Note: securitynya diharapkan di beri arahan agar lebih ramah dan friendly kepada semua orang yang datang atau sekedar bertanya. Tidak semua sih namun setidaknya buat reminder saja, entah karena memang karakternya atau belum gajian. Juga harus selalu diberi rekan dishub yg bertugas di jam pagi dan sore agar lalin dapat lancar meski biasanya ada diharapkan jangan sampe kendor hehe. Thanks.
No comment, if there is a budget, it must be a good place. The location is right on the edge of the maruga/serua highway. But it's a shame that the access is only 2 cars, so sometimes it gets a bit jammed in front of the office.

Kantor pemerintahan yang megah sekali dan terawat. Receptionist sangat ramah dan memberikan informasi yang jelas. Dilengkapi dengan taman yang terawat. Infrastruktur mewah. Marka dan petunjuk jelas dan sangat informatif. Tersedia lift walau hanya memuat maksimal 6 orang.
Kesini dalam rangka pembuatan KTP yg rusak, pelayanan di gedung 2 cukup bawa copy KK dan KTP lama tulis email dan no WA 30 menit sdh jadi KTP baru.
Petugas sangat ramah dan full info, ruangan rapih dan bersih.
Satpam tegas dan rapih.
Semoga pelayanan masyarakat makin membaik.

The government office is magnificent and well-maintained. The receptionist is very friendly and provides clear information. Equipped with a manicured garden. Luxurious infrastructure. The markings and directions are clear and very informative. There is an elevator even though it only accommodates a maximum of 6 people.
Come here in order to make a damaged ID card, the service in building 2 is enough to bring a copy of your old KK and old ID card, write your email and WA number 30 minutes, it's become a new ID card.
The staff is very friendly and full of information, the room is neat and clean.
Security guard is firm and neat.
Hopefully the community service will get better.
