Pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan kesigapannya, karena 1 orang bisa memakan waktu 1 jam lebih dengan jumlah sedikit orang yang dilayani
The office is orderly, there is a waiting room and a service desk which is attended by 4 village staff
The service needs to be improved, because 1 person can take 1 hour more with a small number of people being served
