★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mau cek paket ga bisa karena sekarang jadi kantor pos tangsel, ga mau bantuin cek lewat sistem mereka, malah suruh datang ke kantor pos penggantinya di depok 2.
 I want to check the package, I can't because it's now a Tangsel post office, I don't want to help check through their system, instead I tell them to come to the replacement post office in Depok 2.

Pelayanan gak bisa ngasih solusi/males kali ya itu staf nya. ?
(Kata staff yang melayani saya) Perkara di system dikomputer nya itu staff. E-KTP saya gak ad photo nya harus di upgrate.
Padahal NIK sudah jelas dasar kepemilik atas nama saya, dan saya coba ke kelurahan mengikuti saran staff kantor pos itu.
. bisa di selesai kan masalah soal e-ktp saya(proses e-KTP 2/3hari kerja) . Dan saya ceritakan soal saya dengan masalah kantor pos itu. Jawaban yg keluar dari staff kelurahan adalah. Itu staff kantor pos kenapa mempersulit soal photo doang. Kan sudah jelas ad NIK yg tertera di E-ktp nya tinggal cek aj sesuai kan dengan KK(KARTU KELUARGA) sesuai apa tidak. Gitu aj repot harus.
Saya sih senyim2 aj denger nya.

Even though the NIK was already clear on the basis of ownership in my name, and I tried to go to the kelurahan following the post office staff's advice.
. the problem with my e-KTP can be solved (process of e-KTP 2/3 working days) . And I'll tell you about me with the post office problem. The answer that came out of the village staff was. That's why the post office staff makes it difficult for photos only. It's clear that there is a NIK listed on the E-KTP, just check if it's in accordance with the KK (Family Card) whether or not. So it's a hassle to have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk tak sesuai SOP . Mending tutup aja itu kantor pos . Untuk pelanggan lainnya mending pakai jasa pengiriman lainnya dari pada menggunakan jasa pos pelayanan buruk hasil gak maksimal sangat mengecewakan
Bad service not according to the SOP. Better close the post office. For other customers, it's better to use other delivery services instead of using bad service postal services, the results are not optimal, very disappointing

Untuk pelayanan crew nya bisa lebih di tingkatkan dan fasilitas pendukung semoga bisa di rawat lebih baik lagi.
