1. Tutup sebelum 15.30 padahal harusnya jam 16.00 tutupnya
2. Sistemnya sering rusak. Tapi pegawainya tidak memberi tahu kapan bisa konek dan jalan lagi.
3. Pegawai acuh tak acuh dan asal asalan. Ngirim barang tujuan cianjur di infokan sampainya 1 bulan.
4. Pegawai laki laki dengan ciri ciri pendek usia sekitar 20 an sangat tidak kompeten. Malas melayani pelanggan karena kirim barang pakai jasa "pos biasa"
5. Sangat membuang waktu customer bila pergi ke kantor pos ini. Lebih baik cari kantor pos lain.
Very disappointing service,
1. Close before 3:30 p.m. when it should be 16:00 closing time
2. The system is often broken. But the employees did not tell when they could connect and walk again.
3. Employees are indifferent and careless. Send the goods to Cianjur for information on arrival 1 month.
4. Male employees with short age characteristics around 20 are very incompetent. Lazy to serve customers because send goods using the service "ordinary post"
5. Very waste of customer time when going to this post office. Better find another post office.
