★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu petugasnya baik dan ramah. Jika ingin memposkan surat dengan kiriman biasa, sebisa mungkin sudah ditempeli prangko. Prangko sesuai tarif sulit didapat disini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah sekali dan nanti mau kesana lagi. Busa ditelpon melalui no telp di Google Map, lalu minta sambungkan ke Pos, nanti akan disambungkan. Saya telpon diangkat dan pertanyaan2 saya dijawab dengan baik. Untuk proses pengiriman cukup cepat. Mirip-mirip swasta lah oke nya Pos ini.

POS Indonesia, menindaklanjuti kantor pos yang di cabang Plaza Sentral, saya kecewa karena kantor pos terkait menginfokan untuk paket yg saya pilih express akan sampai hari selasa. Tetapi hari ini rabu, paket saya blm sampai juga ke penerima. Alibi petugas kantor pos tersebut kalau saya di kota Malangnya bukan di daerah Batu yang jelas-jelas alamat saya lengkap Batu-Malang, Jawa Timur dan petugas tersebut rabu ini bru menginfokan kalau dia baru dapat kabar kalau di cabang batu tidak ada paket express.. Whattt ?????
Saya benar-benar kecewa.
Please PT. POS Indonesia, following up on the post office at the Plaza Sentral branch, I am disappointed because the post office concerned informed me that the package I chose express would arrive on Tuesday. But today is wednesday, my package has not yet arrived at the recipient. The post office officer's alibi is that I'm in the city of Malang, not in the Batu area. It's clear that my complete address is Batu-Malang, East Java and the officer just informed me this Wednesday that he just got the news that at the Batu branch there is no express package.. Whattt ??????
I'm really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu outlet Pos yang bisa dijadikan pilihan di kawasan sentra bisnis di pusat Jakarta. Dilengkapi dengan AC dan ruang tunggu yang cukup luas.
Jika lama menunggu bisa pergi ke resto cepat saji yang jadi tetangganya di sekitar area tersebut. Lahan parkir terjamin dan luas.
Pelayanan staff sigap dan ramah.
Kekurangannya hanya di letaknya yang agak tersembunyi, ditambah lagi area sekitar Pos yang gelap dan temaram.
