★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang ramah, pernah sekali untuk ambil uang dari luar negeri bisa. Pas datang lagi beberapa waktu katanya gabisa karena beda KTP padahal masih sama2 KTP DKI Jakarta. Beda petugas beda jawaban, labil. Suruh ambil uangnya di kantor pos pusat padahal jauh banget. Pas di kantor pos pusat nanya emang gabisa ambil di kantor pos deket rumah pake ktp beda, jawabannya bisa karna kan sistemnya sudah online dan terintegrasi. Kecewa banget sumpah padahal pegawainya kan ASN yaaa harus melayani dengan baik lah.
Service is not friendly, once to take money from abroad can. When he came again, he said he couldn't because the ID cards were different even though they were still the same as DKI Jakarta ID cards. Different officers have different answers, unstable. Tell me to pick up the money at the central post office even though it's very far away. When I was asked at the central post office, I asked if I couldn't pick it up at the post office near my house using a different ID card, the answer could be because the system is already online and integrated. Very disappointed, I swear, even though the employees are ASN, they have to serve well.
