★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekarang sudah ada peningkatan yg jauh lebih baik krn loker adh ada kuncinya dan ada ruang baca corner.
Loker sudah disertai dengan kunci. Pengunjung bisa ambil kunci loker setetlah mengisi daftar isi.
Telah ada juga ruang baca corner, yg santai banget. Kursinya pakai kursi sofa. Tapi sayang, sofanya cuma 2, dan komputer di situ hanya 1, ittupun gak nyala.
Wifi sering mati. Padahal itu pwnting, krn kl sy d situ sinyal saya low.
Kamar mandi cuma 1. Masih minim. Yg mn kl air hbis, km itu rusak, hrs msk k ruang bca anak yg kdg dtutup rapat.
Pegawai...anak sma ny ramah2,mbak pegawai ada yg judes. Sy krg suka. Kesannya kok saya nanya baik2jwbnny gt. Tau si siang2, emg yg emosinya naik pas siang2 situ aja? Semua bsa ngontrol dg intonasi yg baik kok.
Kdg tuh berisik petugasnya sendiri. Tempelin jgn berisik, petugas sendiri berisik. Ini terjadi saat sy d ruang baca anak sdg mgerjkn tugas dan blank konsentrasi sy. Cremet! Sekian.
Semoga lbh baik lagi dan ada perbaikan. Sayang bgt bku lgkp, yg overal nyaman, tp SDM nya gak nyamanin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senang dengan adanya perpustakaan daerah, dan kebetulan perpustakaannya tidak jauh dari rumah saya. Dan fasilitasnya sudah lumayan bagus, hanya saja kurang beberapa seperti : tas pengganti untuk dibawa kedalam perpustakaan, kurangnya colokan listrik sehingga sulit saat sedang membawa laptop. DAN YANG PALING PARAH UNTUK PETUGAS, bisa-bisanya nyalain lagu kenceng-kenceng dan saya yang duduk di pojok ruangan jauh dari mereka masih bisa mendengar suara musik yang di putar. Ada yang berisik tidak ditegur. Petugasnya pun saat berbicara dengan temannya dengan volume biasa sehingga menggangu kesunyian. DiPerpustakaan seharusnya tidak berisik, tetapi petugasnya sendiri tidak mencontohkan yang baik. Tolong di evaluasi lagi. Dan kunjungan pertama saja sudah bikin kecewa. Perpustakaan seharusnya jadi tempat yang nyaman dan tenang, bukan berisik dan gaduh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buku perpus hanya bisa dipinjamkan untuk peminjam domisili di kota tangerang saja. Mohon maaf untuk pegawai perpus jika ada pengunjung yang menggunakan audio yang keras suaranya dengan laptop atau gadget lain bisa ditegur karena dapat mengganggu kenyamanan pembaca yang lain. Selebihnya koleksi buku lumayan bagus. Terima kasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ribet!!! Kartu hilang ngga bisa pinjam buku, padahal bisa buat ulang kartu atau liat dr data peminjam dr database. Mau bikin kartu baru juga ngga bisa, katanya harus input password, padahal ngga pake password segala pas pertama kali daftar anggota.
Complicated !!! Lost card can not borrow books, even though you can re-create the card or see the borrower's data from the database. I also couldn't make a new card, he said, he had to enter a password, even though he didn't use any password when he first registered for members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat rapi, nyaman, d terdapat ruang baca anak tapi sangat disayangkan banyak siswa PKL yang berisik. Justru mengganggu kenyamanan pengunjung, petugas perpustakaan yang juga kurang ramah dan minim informasi pada pengunjung. Semoga menjadi pelajaran dan perbaikan ke deoannya!
The place is neat, comfortable, there is a children's reading room but it's a shame that there are many noisy street vendors. Instead, it disturbs the comfort of visitors, the librarian who is also less friendly and lacks information on visitors. Hopefully it will be a lesson and improvement to his future!
