★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya heran dengan cara kerja pelayan masyarakat.... selain kerjanya tidak konsisten dan rapih... untuk no nik saja salah...
No Nik di KK kita dapatkan dari Dukcapil, tapi kenapa no NIK anak saya tidak terdaftar di Dukcapil, itupun baru di ketahui setelah di adakannya suntik Vaksin untuk anak di usia 6 tahun.dan Nik anak saya ternyata sudah digunakan oleh orang lain. Lucu sekali kalian.... bagaimana bisa untuk satu Nik diberikan dua orang berbeda. Mohon di perbaiki agar rakyat bisa menghargai kalian,bukan mencemooh kan apalagi menertawai kalian,percuma kan kalian bekerja di untuk kepentingan masyarakat, tapi malah menyusahkan begini.

We get the ID number in the KK from the Dukcapil, but why is my child's NIK number not registered with the Dukcapil, and even then it was only known after the Vaccine injection was given to children at the age of 6 years. And my child's Nik has already been used by someone else. It's so funny you guys.... how can one Nik be given by two different people. Please fix it so that people can respect you, not ridicule or even laugh at you, it's useless for you to work for the benefit of the community, but instead it's troublesome like this.

Sy kesana pas bulan.puasa jam 14:00 sdh tutup sdgkn di jadwal geogle ttp JM 16:00.. okelah sy tdk tau tapi saya MW bikin akte kelahiran anak kn skrg offline.. saya mau tanya SM satpam yg jaga di gerbang.. sy blg data sy tlg liatin takut ada yg kurang jadi sy gk bulak balik..eh mlhn Dy blg Dy gtw syaratnya besok tanya aja diloket.. lah trs tu satpam makan gaji buta x..nnya cm syarat2 aj gmw jawab... Mending taro patung aj di dpn grbangny... Kecewaaa. Sayah

Selain cukup ribet ngurusnya ada juga sangat lamaaa seperti contohnya saya, saya tanggal 10 Desember minta ganti KTP karena KTP rusak sampai sekarang belum ada kabar. Saya tidak tahu kenapa sampai lama seperti ini "harusnya disdukcapil sekelas daerah jabodetabek enggak mungkin kehabisan stok blanko" ah sudahlah.
Update: 10 Desember 2021- 6 Maret 2022 masih belum ada kabar, ada yang tahu ditaruh dimana berkas saya?
Saran yangang mau ngurus dokumen atau lain lain seperlunya aja tanya ke security atau penjaga yang didepan ruang informasi. yang paling penting masuk ke bagian informasi, masuk ke ruangan ya, Karena mereka yang tau semuanya.
Kenapa saya kasih saran langsung ke bagian informasi? Karena saya sudah dibuat bingung sama security dan penjaganya.
