★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an ideal place to stay for. I just moved to this housing area and find it meets all my expectation. All you need are inside the area: fresh-market for daily necessities shopping; the Kampung Cina is ideal place for kids to spend their live; and health facilities can be reached in only minutes. However, the private schools in side the area are unreasonable. It seems to me that they took benefit from the residents. I hope they not too commercialized education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is also where the kota wisata residential paid-membership sports club is located. A large area of sports facilities including gymnasium, yoga, badminton hall, a large swimming pool, children theme park and many more. Situated in the centre of the neighborhood, this sports centre provides excellent facilities. Ample and free parking making it even more attractive. The centre opens at 6am to accommodate those early birds who could rush to work after routine morning workout. You can catch several good swimmers in the early morning. Some of them are senior citizens but can swim very well. The centre also provides lockers, bathing facilities and it comes with a sauna room. Shower and changing rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Perhaps this is too cold for swimmers when entering the changing room. Hot showers are available but water temperature is inconsistent. Weekends are usually a little crowded with families of young children enjoying at the swimming pools. This is a highly recommended sports club.
Now, so much about the good side of the sport club, now for the untold bad side of the place. Membership is expensive. An annual family membership of 5 will cost about RP8 mio including administration. Individual membership is just slightly lower but not much. During the one year membership period, you could freeze the membership period by a month if for that month you are not using the facilities. This means, you could extend your membership by another month. The second negative part of the centre is, like anywhere else in Cibubur (perhaps in most part of Indonesia), there are lots of mosquitoes in the open area. You could be attacked by mosquitoes at the children playground and near the swimming pools.
Afterall, i would still give this place an excellent score.
